I did this because of a video I saw where they heated up a wok till it was red hot then dropped in an egg and since it was so hot it didn’t stick. Mine didn’t get anywhere near as hot for the experiment to be successful haha. Thanks for watching!

So far fermentation is very active good co2 production id say with the amount of added sugar i put it may get anywhere from 10 to 20 percent once fermentation slows
