Hi my name is Nick Fazio. I am a bodyweight calisthenics athlete. I started training bodyweight only exercises in 2010 as a bodybuilding program for working each muscle group. I trained the beginner exercises and progressed to advanced variations as my body got stronger. I strive to continuously improve my body's form, push my body's limits, and motivate others. My training routine consists of basic body weight moves and advanced movements which provide a strength, explosive power, and endurance muscle progression. I consistently train my core, upper body, and lower body muscle groups through the use of my indoor home gym, calisthenics, street workout, plyometrics, animal flow, and the outdoors. I workout anywhere and everywhere.
