It definitely depends on genetics, but you can get 'big' with bodyweight only. But as he said you have to always be progressing to harder variations, play around with tempo, ie explosivne movements, grinding movements, static/ iso, and frequency/ volume

A planche is totally horizontal. That move is easier than if the legs were either completely horizontal or vertical. For me to do this I started with my hands on the ground and my knees on my elbows. Then I worked on taking my knees off my elbows and putting them slightly behind. Then started straightening my legs more until I could get into that position or a handstand. Then for full range of motion I started with my legs in between my arms just off the floor.

Right on dude, you're killing it. Looks like a pretty sick home set up. One piece of constructive criticism for your b-boy-esque power moves, they would look even more buttery if you laid them out, ie. legs straight.

That's amazing fazio!!! You're strength is unmeasurable... But just asking your opinion, a lot of trainers believe that the only drawback of cals is that you can't apply enough intensity on your lower body (legs/lower back/post chain) Did you ever feel that your lower body strength halted, and have you ever felt the urge to do deadlift or back squat?

You're crazy strong, man. I've started working out recently and was hoping you could give me some advice. I've been doing all body-weight exercises. I do pretty slow reps, so I can't do many of them about (3 sets of 4 dead-hang pullups). As a beginner, I was wondering if I should be training pullups 3 times a week or less? I'd appreciate any advice from a guy who obviously knows what he's doing. Good work!

well can i see your program and diet? cuz no whay you can get so big just by doing such workout! And if i look closeley, you have big legs too, havent made such workout yet, but i know thats not for getting big, but to get agillity.

I was just wondering, do you train to failure in your workouts. I have stoped my weight lifitng and started more calistenichs and is doing is combining strength, explosiveness and endurance for every muscle group, but if you were to have lets say a back day. Then doing pullups (strength) muscle ups (explosiveness) then some more strength and one endurance at the end where in this workout would you go to failure and were would you hold back? Would be great if you replied sorry for bad eng. :)
