Nami pa gid kun ang Prime Estate mag obra man sang ila nga esplanade kay obvious nga wala magpasugot ang mga taga Prime estate/Chosuey property nga butangan sang esplanade ang ila nga side sang creek. Ti sila na lang obra sang ila nga esplanade nga ila man design. Sila man magbutang negosyo etc. 😁
...What I’ve noticed,why Gaisano mall didn’t improve their mall structure design..Their architect didn’t do it well and it seem’s like old even it is new and maybe that’s the reason why some shoppers chose to stay SM Malls because they have open amenities and beautiful spaces where shoppers can relax and enjoy staying inside..

GAISANO is preparing for its Convention center to be constructed beside the mall. In the video, it's in the area beside the mall, right next to the mall.
sheesh...abi ko simple lang ang plan. it's nice nga gin amo na nila...adds character. my only concern is ang puti nga balustrades (unless pintahan pa na sang darker nga color). lapakan, pungkuan, patungan ina and whatnot. in a few weeks after opening, higko higko na na tanawon.
It's apparent that the government's projects and timeline are not keeping up with the pace of progress. Unlike the private sector, where they can spend more money on their workers who can work 24/7 and only take Sundays off, The construction of the 2-story Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas owned by the government at Megaworld is being done at a snail's pace. The construction started almost the same as the 19-story Iloilo Corporate Plaza, which has already been 90% completed.
Notice ko lang ka gagmay sang tamburong, unlike here sa Quezon City ang bag o nga mga drainage hecho derecho guid kag square ang korte made on the spot sa sidewalk, kag guina lower down na lang by crane sa kilid dalan. Ang dimension? Siguro mga 6feet by 6feet.
...since the area was spacious why they don’t widen into four lanes?the pathways/pathwalks both sides are masikip.Maybe In the future that will be the alternate route of private cars,mahirap mglakad pg gnyan ka kitid..
