Welcome to the DeModcracy! In this channel you'll find game essays, ranking videos, and top 10's. The goal with me talking about games I'm passionate about is to entertain and encourage you to share your own thoughts on the featured games!
Is it actually worth shooting at Krauser when he’s using the rocket launcher? I don’t think he actually takes and damage during that segment, and it doesn’t really seem to slow him down either.
i agreed with you this entire video until you said rom. No, nothing is fun about rom. And to my knowledge is easily the most hated boss in the game and the only one most players feel no shame in calling other players to help with, so we can just kill him as quickly as possible and go next.
i just finished my first playthrough. For me the two apes should be much higher and the Demon of Hatred is 1. I actually didnt find the sword saint that difficult. That damn demon i spent hours on. Nonetheless an amazing game for my first souls game. I hope they make a Sekiro 2
I'm surprised that the Dancer was so high. On my first playthrough of the game I got to her with only 5 estus left after Yhorm and beat her first try. I only got hit a couple times.
The waterfowl dance is the most unfair attack in all of soulsborne. Only one can literally kill you. All of the attacks are double. But the waterfowl dance. The hardest attack from Malenia
I love how this video and the vast majority of its comments are just complaining about the game being too hard for them. Like yeah, maybe a fromsoft Souls game *should* challenge you at least a little bit.
9:20 bro, crystal sage is easy you just need high damage weapon and need to deal as much as possible damage in phase 1 and you don't even need to look for his clones
Demons souls was my first soulslike game and in the beginning I found it really tough. I struggled to beat the first 2 bosses and when i got the the spider i literally couldn't do anything so i quit the game. A few months later I tried again and I figured out you can actually level up by spending souls which I didn't even know lmao. After that i just farmed and the game was not easy, but definitely beatable and i really enjoyed it.
The main game bosses ( not chalice dungeons ) of Bloodborne are surprisingly easy compared to Elden Ring or Sekiro. Every boss seems balanced, doesn't have any op one shot move. I don't count Kos in this, but aside from that, every boss is unique and interesting.
scrapped watchman is one of the best designed bosses in the game. he has a great rhythm and clear timings with his attacks. having him at the bottom with garbage bosses like Simon at the top is a joke, shit list.
This game I’ve only started yesterday. I’m making progress, in fact I cured Dragon Rot for the first time. This game’s controls are so weird and foreign to me. Getting used to them is going to be beyond difficult, but I am determined. Hesitation means defeat. Key takeaway I’ve learned so far. You not only need to block and parry attacks, you also need to be just as aggressive, which is the biggest difference I’ve noticed which differs greatly from what I’m good at. This game is amazing and frustrating yes, but amazing nonetheless and I can’t wait to beat it.
No way you put Dancer in 3rd place. It's so easy. Only struggled on my first play-trough and never again. She doesn't have much health and it's easy to dodge her attacks. The same can be said about Champion Gundyr. Literary never died to him and I never run a parry build.
How would you like to know I beat the last son in just phase one. After beating the eye sword, I just stood below the head and unleashed all charges of that beam prayer, did this twice and done.
Hardest boss for me is always going to be the sunken valley boss serpent something with the gun... I found even the final isshin to be way better than her.
Genichiro is my favorite boss in Sekiro. Isshin is a better spectacle, yes, and a culmination of everything you’ve learned. But Genichiro took me 4 hours to beat on my first play through and none of my deaths felt like bullshit. I credit him for making me get good at the game.
at my first playthrough (I did it all wrong with wrong stats, weapons etc.) the Nameless King gave me hell, I literally quit the game cuz I could not stand it anymore, Dancer was really easy for me tbh. At my 2nd playthrough I beat Nameless easy but Friede gave me hell that time :))
It's funny watching this five years later after replaying this game multiple times. Watching the gameplay during the second phase was hurting my heart lmao
so gilded hunter was one of my easiest bosses, I was doing a Dex build, relatively low damage basic attacks, powerful spells, and light weapon go brrr and biiiiiiig dodge jump that was faster than normal sprinting
I call it the kitchen sinking of bosses. Lies of P has it to the detriment of the game. And I have called many games for bad platforming and bad bosses. Salt and Sanctuary new game just bombed because people dont want to play a game where they are tricked into dying and horrible hit boxes. Lies of P runs flawlessly but I guarantee you the next game they release will bomb because the combat against the bosses is ridiculous
I never understood the complaints against Yhorm "He's too easy," Then fight him normally without stormruler. If you want the epic battle, then don't use stormruler. If you truly want a challenge, then you aren't forced to use Stormruler, you can use your normal weapons, literally no one is forcing you to do the easy option so don't complain that he's too easy when he has the biggest health pool in the base game.
Having finished Elden Ring first, going to DS2 and encountering the Last Giant and I was like: "Ooooh so that's where they recycled the Archer Giant from lmao" it was cake walk to me XD
What this analysis fails to understand is that humans are actually capable of having more tham one emotion at once. It also fails to understand the motivations of the characters. Its as if the writer utilized the emotional intelligence of a 5 year old and otherwise thought like an adult.
