Maldives was also my least favorite because I don’t like any aquatic or salty style fresh fragrance notes. Interestingly, I felt it was the most sophisticated blend. Just as you described-but to me it seemed the most nuanced & thoughtful of them all. The others are nice but more casual & come off more designer-esque or upscale body spray style.
It's great to have a video from you! I have Promises Promises and it smells to me just like Absolute Aphrodisiac but more long lasting and stronger. I look forward to wearing in colder weather..I have a decant of Amour infinite- I like it but wish white chocolate note stayed longer. I am still testing though
Hi Kelly! Great review! I did have this set and did a Short on it, but I sent it back, I just was not vibing with them.. Maybe because I don't tend to like banana, and my nose could not pick up on the sweetness in Capri for some reason, it was just so unsweet to me.. why? 😫 lol like you said all our noses are different! 😅 I did pick up the actual star fruit smell in Maldives too.
Oh I thought you said you were getting the starfruit! I smelled it closer to the opening than the dry down, and it was on my skin when I noticed it. It was like an actual realistic starfruit! 😃🥰

I like the original Delina. I doused myself with Delina Exclusif before leaving the house. Nobody mentioned anything. I went into Nordstrom tried out the Delina Original because I hadn’t smelt it yet. I put on three sprays compared to 20 of the Exclusif. When I came back home, I was told how great I smelled by my friend who had been there earlier and smelled the Exclusif on me. Basically, the original Delina was easier to detect in the air.
My favourite is Capri lemon. Would love a full bottle of this. It’s full bottle worthy. 🍋🧁The other 3 scents are very nice. Marrakech is pretty. Love the banana note in Maui. Maldives my least favourite. So dissapointed in the small bottles.
I really like your videos. They are both joyful and down to earth. Thank so much for that! Just one thought, I think your camera is mirroring - everyhting you show us looks like it would in a mirror. It would be easier to read labels etc if that were turned off.
Thank you so much for watching! Full disclaimer - I mirror them on purpose because my face is extremely asymmetrical and I'm super self conscious about it! Perfect way to describe Chai Epice. Walked past a woman in a coffee shop last month,had to double back and ask what she was wearing. Should have named this scent Ambrosia. Delicious.
Is it similar to the old Nemat Amber formulation do you know? I've been on the hunt for awhile now and the closest I've found is the BBW Indigo Dreams..
@@thatsmellsdivine my nose doesn't think it smells like Nemat. I think Nemat might be more sweet. this is more labdanum maybe? I'm sorry, I've never tried BBW indigo dreams. let me know if ya try it though!

I can't wear Bright Crystal and Si ,the first reminds me of my sister -in- law who passed away at the age of 40 and the other because on the way to my elder daughter's University we had a car accident ,fortunately no one was hurt but it was my younger daughter's birthday, so even though I like Si I can't wear it anymore. She’s speaking facts! I couldn’t agree more. I have the Milk Expressive and Lost in a dream they do NOT smell the same. Opening yes but Milk pretty much stays linear throughout the wear, whereas lost in a dream really takes you on an olfactory journey. It’s the best way I can put it. They’re both are in the same DNA family but lost in a dream has much more complex notes. They’re both beautiful in their own way.
SOTD is a combo of Caramel Oud and Coffee Addict. It is sunny today in my corner of the world but it is still cool, so this is perfect for me. I smell delish! 😆
Thank you for this review. You explained everything great to where I want to get the original. I got the original last Christmas and when we moved it spilled out completely and I was so sad. It was the best perfume I’ve ever smelled. I’ve hinted to my husband that I want it for Mother’s Day. So fingers crossed 🤞
So interesting! I’ve been wondering about this comparison 🤔 It happened to me with Light Blue, I was so sure that I had the original version the whole time and I always wished I could get to smell the intense version.. but the whole time, for years, I did have the intense! 😅
Hi Kelly! I’ve tried three fragrances from Navitus. Honey Miel, Venom of Love, and Baklava Royal. The House is not for me. They use a lot of Amberwood, and it’s not my favorite note…to say the least. I’m very happy I decided to sample first. They were all a huge NO! Thank you for your thoughts. 💛💛

I recently fell in love with the new Issey Miyake Solar violet its a beautiful sweet candied violet. Since discovering that it has lead me to be curious about Celeste
I love vanilla vice! I’m on my second bottle of it🤓🤓🤓I think Mix:Bar perfumes are really good and inexpensive. I haven’t tried those two new ones yet but they sound really good🤓🤓🤓
I got Fine’ry Mystic Figures and Without a Trace and honestly wish I’d saved the $70 and put it towards something I truly loved ☹️ they’re fine and I’m using WaT quickly because it’s a very easy everyday wear, but I prefer JHAG Not a Perfume for a skin scent.
I’m really interested in snif’s sweet ash. Their sample sizes are pretty expensive IMO. I think it must depend on the management at the particular Ulta. I’ve definitely been to my local store and found printer paper but thankfully not always. It does read cheap and of course it must make a difference.
