I am 72. I have just become diabetic in the last few months. I am reversing it without medication. I was very anxious and had severe palpitations. Your anxiety relief exercises really help. I do it twice a day, as well as many of your exercises. Have been doing tai chi and qigong for many years. Can you suggest any particular routine for diabetes. Many thanks

Hello Holden , thank you very much for sharing this with us , i love the exercises and the flow , but for my speed ...you change to quick to next move ..i would love to have at least 7 or more moves from the same move , before go on and 3 breaking moves in it , to get ready for next step . But thanks again the moves are great , wish you all the best !!!!
