How u doing? When you did the disassemble, was the car in neutral? I want to know in which gear i have to be to start. Mine has the same problem with rear lights.

Have a stack of 88-91 radios (56002467, 3021, 3019) and one 92(56009004) boxed up in a corner of the den that I have gotten from online junkyards and a local junkyard. Most of the 88-91s have inoperative tape modules that won`t draw the tape in on its own. You can hear the motor running that supposed to draw the tape in. When you force it in, the tape gets stuck and you have to pull it out with needle nose pliers. The 9004 does not have enough volume. Just a little more volume on that maxed out volume knob and it would be ok. Two 2467 radios have either the left or right channel out. The three good tape players are my original 2467 with the left channel out, another one with the right channel out and the 9004 with slightly low volume. Got plenty of radios with parts to change out. (Update)Took two 2467 cases and swapped out the tape modules so I now have me some rocking tunes. Will work on the others later for backups.

As a horse owner, I have to say those docked tails make me sick. Poor things. The argument is always, " We don't want the tails getting caught, etc." It only takes 15 minutes to braid or tape them instead. 👍 Poor excuse for some humans wanting what they think is 'good looking'. God made those tails for a reason! Just sayin'.
If it has a blown capacitor or anything like that then maybe. When mine was out it would only work on low or high. It's a pretty common thing to go out because of their age.

Although we're at only 438 views, RU-vid has recognized its quality (likely through audience retention %) and is running ads on it that you aren't getting revenue from.
I wonder if this is the issue with my 1992. My wipers will turn on randomly even with the column switch in the off position. When they turn on, I can turn the column switch to the on position, then back off, then the wipers will stop for a short time, then start moving again. It’s so aggravating and drains my battery. Do you think this might be the problem?
I'm not to sure. Sounds like a possible problem with the control stalk itself? You could try unplugging the module for a day and see if it keeps happening.
UPDATE !!! I just finished replacing the light switch on my '96 Cherokee. I have replaced similar switches on different trucks. The switch on my jeep COULD NOT BE REPLACED FROM BELOW THE DASH. I pulled lower dash and began the process as I have done before. With the retainer nut removed there was maybe an inch of slack wiring harness allowing the switch barely an inch of movement. No way to disconnect and remove the old switch, and definitely no way to install the new switch. I started pulling down the far left idiot light panel, discovered that is riveted into place. Then went after the instrument panel. pulled instrument panel bezel, and instrument panel which also required removing trim from the steering column around ignition switch/hazard light panel. (you will need a t-20 driver, and not a t20 bit on an extension) It was barely possible to replace the switch going in through the instrument panel location. New switch had 2 grounds, old switch and harness had one. Had to fabricate wiring, you will need 2 spade female terminals and wire. Doable, but major P.I.A. Hopefully yours will be easier like the one in this video.....Good Luck
I'm wondering why storm shelter couldn't be under those bridges you know like huge walkin shelters? When there's a threat let the city open them with a signal to give to each lock in the warned area.
Wow. Didn't think this video would gain the traction that it did. So of course there are the glaring audio issues and some other things I did in said video that should not ever be done. Mainly sheltering under an overpass during a tornado. Granted it did not come near me but still. As for the audio, I usually aim for silent videos when shooting storms so this was kind of out of the ordinary anyways. Though I will definitely try to fix that in the future. Hopefully y'all still enjoy the video anyways haha. Also thanks for the 100 subscribers! Was at 60 this morning and when I got off work, I had seen it had shot up drastically. Definitely made my day.

A nearly 21 minute video filled from start to finish with what not to do in a Tornado Emergency. 👍😎👍 You should've turned around at "I don't know where I'm at..." and "I'm blind because my RadarScope isn't updating..." Looks like you need more training before chasing any severe weather, let alone rain wrapped tornadoes. Good luck with not becoming a statistic.
James - I have never seen a video of yours before. I too had trouble with your video's audio. You did put some captioning. My heart jumped into my throat when you said that you were seeking protection from a possible tornado under an underpass. You are perpetuating a myth that was started by an idiotic Kansas TV reporter who told everyone to climb up under the underpass to escape a coming tornado. They of course credited their survival to the underpass. The fact is the tornado dealt a glancing blow and they would have been killed had it hit straight on. Being under an underpass is the WORST place that you could be. The underpass acts as a wind tunnel concentrating the wind through a narrow opening. This can result in a wind speed high that you could be sicked out. Since this damn underpass video showed up on TV in 1991 there have been countless lives lost under underpasses. The other thing that is happening is that everyone is trying to get under an underpass now, They abandon their cars in the underpass and block traffic on roads that people are using as an escape route, Now you have 250 people stranded in their cars because of the cars under the underpass with no place to go from the tornado that is bearing down on them. If you do not believe me, check with your local emergency manager or the National Weather Service office near you. I then implore you to remove that caption with is telling people that underpasses are the place to go in a storm. It is bad advice and may cause people to die.
Yeah the audio I couldn't really fix since most of the video was taken on a dash camera. And yes I understand your criticism of the underpass bit. I didn't want to be under there either and you can even hear me say that in the video but at the time with no radar and not being able to see anything it was kind of a quick panicked decision if you will. Even have it in the timestamps as something you should not do. Though I should have put something on the main video as well.
As kids, we ran into them out in the field. More than once, they picked me up off the ground. However, when done, we had dirt in our eyes, ears, nose, and mouth.
You always want oil in any running engine especially if it's old or doesn't have any. With this one, it was a simple as turning the fuel valve and flipping the on/off switch then pulling the cord to start it. Might have to mess with the choke.
