Amazing video that captures the beauty of Virginia Beach. Deserves way more views and likes. Virginia is beautiful and there aren’t enough videos out there to show it.
I’ve stood on that pier many times & trust me when I say they’re not ok. I think it’s safe to say they weren’t ok the moment they decided to drive their car off the pier. I hope no one else was in there with them! God, what an awful thing to do! Glad no one was on that pier early morning fishing! 😮
That's the only possible motive right now, I don't think someone could have been that drunk or high that they didn't see where they were going. They broke a couple of barriers before going over.
