I always thought this song said a lot, and it always had me contemplating what ghetto secrets he speaks of? What are those missing pieces? I never believed that this was a diss, more like a confession of a period he honestly didn't enjoy
I know everyone loves P's verse but for some weird reasons I feel Havoc verse is the best here. The coolest at that.🤞🤞🤞🤞😂😂😂I love is voice too, its crimey af.
Inspectah Deck said the Protect Ya Neck on his chorus because he has the first verse on Profect Ya Neck by Wu Tang. RZA from the Wu Tang Clan produced this…
Modd deep rolle deep and they was not playing with tupac this was the response to hit em up by the time hell on earth dropped pac got killed and they stop pushing drop a gem on em out of respect for pac getting killed

Yo you definitely missed a whole Era of hip hop son…but it’s straight that you respect it…it was the best era of hip hop ever…them Wu Tang Artists were the most influential artists ever. In any Genre of Music.
Bro it was 1988 I was 17 years old and high school had been into metal music my whole life and then I heard NWA and Eazy-E and this became literally my favorite song! Super suburban white nerdy kid playing this on my boom box! Now I'm 54 and still jam this. So glad you found this
Idk how this popped up on my feed but I'm from NYC and when this was out, it was 🔥. I'm 42, and Mobb was in "discman" heavy, almost daily. RIP Prodigy-
RZA was way ahead of his time with the production. He was the sharpest nigga in the clan during their miraculous run in the 90s IMO with dem bust ya shit open beats 🙌🏾 🔥 🔥
This was my brothers favourite song when it came out.. he died in 2015 and it wasn't until my oldest brother died in 2022 it was played at his funeral, in honour of them both. They tried so hard to get out of the criminal/drug scene for 20 yrs and it eventually took them both from me. I'm their little sister who not only looked up to them but learned from them.. be kind always, you never know what the other person goes through. Some people suffer in silence.
