Honestly, it's becoming impossible to watch recent DOWT videos. I cannot take Thomas seriously by seeing stupid decorations slapped onto him like a child would slap stickers on Easter eggs or prized possessions, the worse part its a forced mandate Mattel REQUIRES for every railroad to do going forward. I don't care if these are dummies that can't move on their own, they're as important and beautifully made as BEDT #15, slapping these dang decals on them is straight up vandalism. And to top all that off, me and everyone complaining about it is not gonna help out in the slightest, when have they ever taken criticism, they don't care, and never will. If it involves pissing on the legacy Awdry started, and Britt and David brought into moving picture form of course Mattel is gonna jump straight in, and not give a hoot.
I'm not sure. It seems like it's going well so maybe it will be by the end of this year? If it is, that's incredible! It hasn't been long at all. When do you think??

@@zearfossrailfan Hello! Today on August 20, 2024 I looked on the Strasburg Railroad’s Virtual Railcam & I saw a Red Freightliner and I dont know if it’s picking up the 2 Footer Thomas or dropping off one of the Regular Dummy Units.

@@GoldenSpiritsMusic I'm confused about the Thomas units. I've seen 3 leave Strasburg but never saw any Dummy units return. It's almost like they send it from one location to another without going back to Strasburg? But I have no idea!
@@zearfossrailfan I think they do because if it’s a fri,sat,sun event then they go back on Monday then have to be delivered to the next railroad Tuesdays
@@zearfossrailfan Hello, I have a friend that works at Edaville Railroad & he may or may not have seen the 2 Footer Thomas inside the Edaville Engine as he was leaving on Saturday August 10, 2024. Could you please confirm if the two footer Thomas has officially left Strasburg yet?
