My sons mx350 doesnt move even though it has new battery and new throttle and controller.it runs when its not ridden but as soon as my sons try to ride it it wont even move.it did in the beggining then stops moving even its on.help please im not whats goin on?
Haha! It’s a well thought out kit, hit a top of 23 mph on it! About the fastest I want to go on such a small bike. But about 20 min after install I burned the motor out. Gotta look for a new and beefier one. Any suggestions that would work?
@@JordyBuilds I apologize for another question, but is there a 36v 500-800w motor that you could recommend? I’d rather go a bit overkill to have better thermals and theoretically longevity. If not no biggie. Cheers

Ordered your overvolt kit and the battery off of amazon recently. Does the key ignition replace the power switch? I was thinking about blacking out the switch or removing it if so. Cheers
@@JordyBuildsAwesome going to throw some spray paint on the light switch before the overvolt kit comes in. If you have a facebook group I’ll throw my build on there when I finish it.
Would you be able to put a voltage limiter on it? That way I can limit it to the stock 24v for my boy and as he grows I can turn it up? Would you know where I could find a voltage limiter?
Those are all tested before hand. Hopefully, you didn’t push the connector in with the pins mot straight. If so it probably fried the gauge. Should have plugged in smooth
It’s definitely worth buying a dedicated lithium battery like the CAO versus tool batteries. I only recommend the tool batteries if you already have the extra tool batteries!
@@JordyBuilds alright and this is what I had originally thought as well thanks brother! I mesg you on fb too so don’t mind the question there anymore really lol
Great video man! We are looking to buy this razor for our daughter’s 13th birthday. We are going to do the same battery mod as you did on this video and was wondering if you can add a functional headlight on this bike as well ? Thank you.
This is the older version without a key switch option. I actually haven’t used it much, but it works great. I know the newer versions are even more sought after and run better.
@@JordyBuilds I was looking at the 75100 and 75200 both pro V2 with the key switch. Want to run a kunray my1020 and 2 scud 48v in parallel. Currently just using a spare fast scooter setup I had with a single scud 48v
I have an MX350 for my daughter. I have one 24V 4ah battery hooked up with the goal of doing parallel batteries for a longer ride. I'm curious about what my options are to make that happen. My thought was to solder the wires of one caddy to the spades of the other caddy. My other thought was to try and merge the wires of both caddies into a single wire. My concern is if it will be functional. I don't know enough to understand if it'll create issues. Any thoughts?
You would want to wire the other 24 V battery in parallel with the other batteries. If you use proper connectors, you can cut the wires and use connectors for everything.
ahh now I understand thanks👊🏼 question: I would like a 48v 1600-2000w motor, what kind of battery is best for the mx350, I can't figure it out because of the lack of space?
@@JordyBuilds and also does this work for the battery? Bnineteenteam 36v 48V 1000W Motor Brushed Speed Controller with Locking Throttle Grip & Power Display for E-Bike
Every once in awhile there will be a dud. Check out this motor and get the sprocket too. Remember the motor is reverse thread I believe. www.amazon.com/shop/jordybuilds/list/LERJDFKAZQP9?ref_=aipsflist_aipsfjordybuilds
