Hi! 👋 I'm new to using polymer clay (I've only ever used air dry clay in my projects but I'm considering switching to polymer). I thought polymer needs to be baked. No? 🤔 It looks like these mushrooms have a soft, foamy texture as opposed to being stiff like air dry clay when it hardens (hence the ability to string thread into them). Am I seeing that correctly or are they actually stiff? 🤔 PS: Your ornaments are absolutely beautiful!!! 😍❤🍄🍄🍄
At 75 years old, I remember the lead tinsel which we used to put on trees. After they started making the plastic stuff and you could no longer get the lead, I hated it. I was thinking...could a person make their own tinsel that doesn't fly all over the place from the slightest breeze by stringing silver (or whatever color you might choose) bugle beads? Method 1 to string them you'd have to use thread cut about two inches longer than the length you want, but don't use a needle (it will cause a chemical reaction that tarnishes the silver). Slip a very small silver bead on one end the fold the thread over and secure with some good white glue (Aleene's). This is to keep the bugle beads secured. The other end of the thread coat about a half inch and let it dry. Then slip the bugle beads onto the thread and when to get the end tie it off by tying or gluing another small bead like the other end. Method 2 (I think this might be best). Cut a length of thread twice the length of what you want and add two inches. Slip a tiny silver bead halfway down, bring the two ends of the thread up, and glue them together with craft glue and let dry. Then slip the bugle beads on. When you get about two inches from the end, separate the glued end and tie a good strong knot. Might take a while to make them, but a little could go a long way and I think they'd look great. I plan to try both methods to see which works best...for next Christmas.
I really enjoyed watching you create this dollhouse for your children and I can see your furry family member, Helen, not only enjoyed playing in it, but she also has a sense of humor. My mom's name was Helen and she lived to be 101 years old! I subscribed and wish I could give you a bigger thumbs up - thanks for the smiles 💖
You are too kind. 🥹 Thanks for liking my video and the little crafts that I made 🥰 Sadly our pet Helen had gone back to the Lord. Ur mom lived to be 101 years old, such a blessed woman! May you be blessed with a long and wonderful life filled with love too 😊
спасибо за то, что мне понравился мой контент, сейчас я очень занят рисованием и надеюсь, что в будущем смогу сделать больше видео. Счастливого Нового года тебе!
seriously could watch these all year, find your filming style and approach so relaxing and there is something inherently warm and comforting, leaning to the nostalgic when I view. Thankyou and God Bless from us here in Scotland.
Scotland! I love Scotland! Been there once and oh my, it has a special place in my heart ever since. Can't wait to visit again soon in the future. Thanks for liking my videos 🥰🥰
Glad it was helpful! ☺️☺️☺️ I'm uploading another new wrapping video in two days time, stay tuned! I try to reduce waste and go really sustainable this year
Yes indeed, it warmed our hearts to see them so happy too 🥹❤️ we r going to have another one in two weeks time and I can't wait! It's going to be a forest cottage this year!
Absolutely magical! And thank you for including the party! Last year my mother and I and one of her neighbors all decorated gingerbread houses. We had so much fun and they turned out so beautifully. But we cannot do it this year because my mother has Alzheimer’s. I am blessed to have the memory of last year but I wish we could do it again. I’m so glad that you are creating such wonderful memories with your family!
What a beautiful memory with your mama 🥹🥹🥹 yes I'm all for creating memories with our loved ones, that's what kept this channel going, now that I look back at my old videos it made me cherish my kids even more 🥹 merry Christmas to you and have a great time with ur family Jen!

Ur support is very much what kept me going Jennifer! 🥰 Thank you for ur encouraging words really, I've been painting ALOT this year, and slowed down quite a bit in content creating. But yes, there will be makeovers and gift wrapping videos coming soon! Merry Christmas to u too! 😘
It's true there were times I received beautifully wrapped gifts I just kept them for a while before opening them, it's like receiving gifts twice! Once for the wrapper! 🥰
