I have every symptom of hashimoto or hypothyroidism except much weight gain. My age is 21. My TSH levels are 6.0, checked before 2 days. The most serious symptom for me is Heart Palpitations even for very minor stresses and memory loss. What should I do. Please help

Just want to add that another way to make all purpose cleanser with vinegar is to use the peels from organic oranges and grapefruit packed in glass mason jars with white vinegar and soaked for at least four weeks. All the good citrus oils infuse into the vinegar. Then to use, strain the vinegar and dilute it 50% with water in a glass spray bottle.
I keep on hearing studies suggesting this. I started to come across new studies and research saying that as men get older, sperm mutates and it leads to either a women having a risky pregnancies or the children being born with abnormalities. They say those things start to become a risk after the age of 40. I am approaching 40 soon, I don’t have children and don’t want them because of those things being possible.
