Hell yeah guys this car is awesome, its gotta be a blast and sound amazing all the time with the hi rpm and gear ratio. I have a 94 Cobra more setup for drag, 347 11.5 compression na with 4.10s and fat tire lol you run out of power around 5800-6k with the old pushrod.
Well when I still had the stock hood I had a GT-40 intake and had the lower shaved like 3/8 I think and I raised the rear of the hood about 1/4 with some washers

It ran good and until I didn’t have enough money to get a cheap part for it because I was moving from one city to another, so that’s why I had to get rid of it but I miss it, I want to see that video you do good work with your vehicles cause you’re the best with Ford mechanic

I have Limited Edition 1983 Mustang GLX but can't find out how many were produced. 30% of me wishes I never modified it but the other 70% of me wouldn't be able to drive around in a 114hp Mustang lol I've had the car since I was 17 I'm 28 now and probably will never sell the car.
Btw man i wish someone would let me rip a setup like this id be ripping it like nick did thats how you drive a car like that. Rpm rpm rpm rpm. Did i mention rpm? Everyone always scared to rev shit you dont gotta be scared to rev that that setups is solid as it gets. Id like to rip 8500 rpm in that. Im gonna coyote swap a 97 cobra similar handling type build with high revving v8. I was going to do the tkx 5 speed but i think i wanna do the t56 with custom ratios like talked about here becauee im also going 456. Mine is gonna be gen 2 coyote w cams stock bottom and ported gen 2 cj with twin 65 that i already have from my gt500. Wont be quite this setup but wont be far off im gonna get it down to 3000 lbs it should be 520 rwhp on e85 and more tq because of vct. That thing is awesome...im going with a slightly more tame setup but its still gonna be nasty im making it for the same thing pure engagement and driver enjoyment. Its gonna be the embodiment of what we all love about cars. I had another black on black 97 cobra years ago that meant alot to me i totaled it. Im making this one the modern equivalent that is just a super fun and fast street car that can also go pretty quick on a track but that isnt its main focus. Exact type build i am gonna do. Very very good job props on an amazing build!!
Btw the 93 cobra wing is the best lookong wing for hatch foxes. It shits on the factory gt wing and no just because it has the wing and rear bumrr dont make it a fake snake lol. Stay away from the word cobra or snake badges and youre golden. Ppl been running 456 gear in these high revving fords since the 90s btw think. 96-98 cobra. It works great with a highb revving na setup 11-17 mt82 had aggressive gearing in trans so 373 felt like 456 in first 4 gears like the t56 is but top 2 gears felt like 373 with a 5 speed. That is basically what yall did w the custom overdrives 5th and 6th with a 456 out back just 2 different ways to do the same thing. Some people use too many blanket statements like 373 is best overall gear that is horse shit lol. It very much depends on the setup. 373 on this car would be terrible and not many it anywhere near as fun or fast. The redline, the power curve, rear tire height and trans gearing all need to be taken into account when selecting rear gears.
