Made me remember just gow good the story's where when bungie was present! I miss old halo 😕wish they'd go back to how they written the story's on the first halos. Halo 2 is still my all time favorite and halo 3 was second best in my opinion
@@personnelproton Halo 3: Combat Evolved is a step in this direction, and Halo 3 has pretty much all the same mechanics found in Halo 2, so I think the original trilogy is totally doable in Halo 3...coming from someone with minimal programming and design experience 😅
This is such a great representation of Unreal Engine capabilities. Now with all the leaks and rumours about next Halo running on UE, I really hope they capitalize on all these capabilities. This trailer is absolutely amazing!
Why do I yern for this to be real so badly? I went into this knowing it was Fan-made and came out with a feeling of genuine excitement and anticipation but sadness at the same time. Somewhere in the midst of this fan made trailer, I became lost. Completely forgetting it was made by fan with a passion for the franchise and believing this was real... Halo 3. The level of excitement, joy, and wonder it brought to all of us. Was relived within this project. Zachary, thank you endlessly for this masterpiece you've created.
This is the closest we'll see to the much talked about Halo 7 being made in the Unreal Engine. Well done mate. If only 343 wanted to give players what they really, always most wanted...
I applaud to you. This gave me chills more-so than 343 trailers. (I know I know, average bungie era fan rhetoric). But seriously, this has the semblance of the original trilogy. Everything from the camera positioning to the timing with the music screams passion and love given to the work. It’s not just a money grab dazzling you with graphics, it’s story telling and builds a personal narrative for its audience.
Tbh Microsoft should be sent to hell for how they have handled Halo since Bungie left. They need to retcon 4,5 and Infinite. Make some prequel games and remaster 3 then try again with continuing Master Chief and Cortana’s story.
Everything about this is just A1 perfect. Even the edits to the music are just so on point. The use of shadows and silhouettes was fantastic and the flood just look amazing.

This looks like it's trying to make a teaser for a game we've never seen. It's not fitting. Also, the big blue digital barf was stupid. I like the renders of the environment, but that's all this was, an environment render.
