Hi sir, i need some clarification: 1. At 7:01, shouldnt it be "M to Heater" instead of "M- to Cooler".. The component that u use to is to heat up methane. 2. 2ndly, at @1:55, u mentioned that the cascade cycle uses propane to cool down the NG at first stage. However, in this simulation, u use methane instead. 3. What is the fucntion of "Bal-1", "Bal-2" and "Bal-3"? Thank you
hello, from where did you get the plant data? I have heard that the amine temperature is usually higher than the sour gas temperature when it enters the contactor but not in this case
The video is very useful but the sound is not clear and you are talking quick. If you can record the new one for TEG unit and you start to do the simulation should talk each step.
Hi Assi I have little bit confusion that due to the increase in aromatics RON is also increasing with you sad that both are inversely proportional please clarify
Hello Engineer, Could you provide me with the word document and the Aspen Hysys file? I am trying to simulate a gas plant for my university project and I need information. If so, if you can help me, I would greatly appreciate it. By the way, very good explanation and contribution with your video. Thank you very much
The solution to the column with the current specifications does not converge. The process that i am simulating is identical but the regenrator just keeps solving
Please am currently working on production of hydrogen gas plant using bitumen as a raw material....I will like to share ideas with you. Thanks and best regards
Assalamu Alaikum. Mr. Mohammed, Can you please help me with the link of the first video? seems like this is not the beginning and i could'nt find the first video on youtube. I'm a final year student of Chemical engineering (undergraduate) and working on simulation of crude oil hydrodesulphurization process as my project.
Do I need to simulate all the 3 processes combined in order to simulate the effect of the JT process ? Or this vedio discusses a real plant has all the three processes ?
I am not sure if you are gonna read this after released this video 4 years ago. But I wanted to ask can we just use one distillation for methane process? or do we need to have 3 different distillation for each methane, ethane and propane? And what if we only have one same composition after the pretreatment process
Can u please tell me what changes should i make for mass flow of 1000barrel/day in this simulation? I really need your help and this video made my day thanks for making it
