Found this video a late😭)but if u do this calorie deficit this a diet that has to stay in ur life.there categories (To maintain - lose- gain) yes ur metabolism catches up but that good cus that just mean that ur new calorie intake to maintain that weight if want to lose more go down or gain eat more also it good to get a little exercise with a calorie deficit to lose weight but if ur really over weight start slow cus if eat to less nd knowing u was eating 4000+ ur gonna feel like ur starving avoid sweet cus u will start to crave them more . But good thing with a calorie deficit u can eat anything as long as ur in a deficit. The goal is to stay full/ satisfied with little calorie not starving 😅 That y she gain it back cus she started to eat more or the same calorie she was eating before
If you're going to eat only 1200 calories a day, cut out all drinks besides water and split your food into two meals. I eat 600 calories per meal at about 10 am and then again at about 5 pm. Keep your water intake up to equal half your body weight in lbs in oz (150 lbs should drink at least 75 oz per day). I drink 3 liters a day typically, so one liter before my first meal, at least one liter between my meals, then one liter after my last meal. Wait an hour to drink water after each meal and finish drinking your water at least 2-3 hours before you go to bed so that you don't have to get up in the night to pee. This has been super effective for me and I'm not too hungry. I'm 5'8" currently about 155 and trying to get back down to 140-145 which I'm much more comfortable with.
interesting tidbit.. i had weight loss surgery and eat 800-1200 calories a day now..its my new normal 1 lost over 300 lbs eating around 1200 cal a day ..I was watching you for meal ideas

there was no need to lose weight to begin with and a 1200 kcal diet is not a sustainable diet. your bmr is about 1500 kcal alone and eating less than that is unhealthy long term. thats why most of the diets nowadays dont go below 1500 kcal.

Girl that breakfast bagel youre having is not 600 cals. That looks more like 400 calories. That bagel is not even thick Id say t he bagel is 250 cals, smoked salmon is very low calorie probably another 100, and the creamcheese another 100 450 max
I have never used dating apps because they were after my time and I quit online dating after a few months of trying. I felt like I was playing a slot machine every time. On the left, we have weirdos/losers. In the middle, it's all a bunch of aimless conversations that go nowhere or we were just trolling each other. On the right, we have dick pics...😒 One time, I even had a married man ask me to have sex with him because his wife wouldn't put out! 😆 I don't know why dating sites can't just be normal, or is it because the concept of online dating is NOT normal? 🤔
Online dating is horrible because women are only matching with the top percentage of men. The guys that are handsome, 6 foot tall, physically fit, and have a high salary. Remember every match means 1 man gets a match and 1 woman gets a match Majority of the men that use these apps get no matches and quit. These top men are flooded with hundreds of matches from women so they play to field, and can act like jerks by sending dick pics, ghosting, pumping and dumping

what's the big deal about water weight? When you get on the scale, it doesn't separate water from fat. Weight is weight. Be happy and content when you lose weight and keep on the diet.

You did it for a week; you don’t have the proof to say your metabolism will catch up, I’m sorry. I was 155 pounds and within months I dropped down to 120 by doing the 1,200 cal diet and no exercise. It is possible…very possible. On ANY diet, you go through a period of time where you body sort of stops losing weight and plateaus, but this can be fixed by keeping up with the diet and not giving up and tweaking the amount of calories a bit. You won’t always see HUGE results in a week. 9-10 pounds is JUST water weight. For anyone watching this video and are trying this diet out….keep going and keep up the good work. While I’m sure this girl means well, she is not correct. I would also like to add, I sustained the weight loss by living a fairly active lifestyle (I had a job where I walked a lot) and even after pregnancy I maintained the weight loss. Just exercise and/or keep moving and that certainly helps.
I am a 5'1 16 year old female and i strength train(lift weights) an hour 3x a week. I used an online calculator and it says my maintenance is 1600 calories. Would eating 1200 kcal/day be okay for me?
