Thank you for checking out my channel! My name is Daniel Olszewski and I love dirtbikes. I love that I have the platform to share my love of motocross with you guys. I consider myself a "pro-practier" because I don't race a ton. I'm trying to have a semi-professional approach to RU-vid videos while having fun and being a good role model for younger riders!
Great riding! Cameras never do justice of how gnarly and tiring it is to do this type of riding. I went to silver mountain up in Idaho a couple weeks ago and while it was my first time doing downhill, I couldn't believe how physically demanding it was. Makes me realize that I would never survive on a motocross track, I'll stick to my Tenere lol. Also just realized I watched all of your mx vs atv videos back in the day, inspired me to start my channel after all those years!
Thank you so much! Camera definitely makes everything seem so mellow even when you're the one riding and know how it really is lol. Yeah dude downhill, even just easing your way down the mountain, is tough! Really puts a toll on the hands and feet. Love that I helped inspired you, that makes me extremely happy! Thanks for stopping by, appreciate you!
Best wishes on your recovery, dude! The mountain and mountain bikes and of course your dirtbike will all be there when you're ready to go, don't rush it. But yes if you ever get the chance to hit Trestle or any other lift service bike park, 100% do it. You can rent bikes and gear there and it's SO FUN!
I run a Panzer in the rear on my bikes, had one in my Rifty when I hit it last year and bent the rim! Might have to go with CushCore eventually when I upgrade.
@ReturnOfDeeO I did the same bent a rim was running ard inserts from nuckproof went to CushCore so happy they give u more support in turns as well def recommend video makes easy to install
Thank you! I run the GoPro on the front of my helmet, the chinbar area if you will. If you search for it on Amazon, it is "DJI Osmo Action Helmet Chin Mount" and should be about $18.
I don't love this camera view. You really can't see the bike at all. But the GoPro quality crushes my Insta360. Will work with the positioning of the camera next time :)
You make it look easy dude!! I just rode Leadville MX for the first time yesterday and today. Definitely my favorite track that I've ridden in Colorado
@@gstbilley6054 thank you! I’ll have to go again with my GoPro because the riding in this video is so hilariously bad I’m embarrassed by it knowing what I know now with mountain biking 😬
Mad props to everyone that makes this happen. Looks like the gym time and estart were great personal investments. 😆 Seriously cool to see all these adaptive riders get more comfortable and start sending it. Massive respect for the cojones it takes to do that! Great video, my friend, and thanks for bringing us along! 🤘
What a great time and such wonderful people ! The adaptive riders were all amazing and were so much fun to be around ! Highest of praise for MotoDemption and High Fives ( plus all the other sponsors ) !
@@ReturnOfDeeO Yes I get that but still your clickers only work on LSC not HSC. All you are doing is opening up the bleed on BV LSC....and your BV Stack only sees 10-20% of the oil. Your MV stack setup on the forks must be pretty light then. *Note knocking ya, just making an observation... Just like what they call the HS on the shock...nope only controls LS dampening as does the Comp Clicker. So some what a farce and very misleading
Interesting, all news to me! I have the bike sprung and set up for my weight and riding from the local Race Tech Service Center with whatever stack he does and gold valves, and I trust the settings he has me running. Can't speak to the stacks and what all is done in there, over my head, my friend. I just know the bike feels good to me and better than it did stock so I'm happy enough haha. Thanks for watching and for the knowledge, always good to broaden my understanding a bit more.
That looked like the least fun Thunder Valley could ever be lmao. Good job. Sounded like you had some F1 fuel saving tactics going on keeping it in the low RPMs haha
haha all things considered... at least it's not another Aztec/RAM round and for that I'm thankful! It's an interesting layout, not the most fun in the world but looking back... I DID have a lot of fun? The W might have some say in that. Haha didn't even think of that, but I'm not sure if that's a compliment or an insult! 😬
@@ReturnOfDeeO hahahaha not an insult, though I can see how it could be taken that way 😂😅 I think it’s just the nature of being in a race that’s an hour straight or more, gotta save energy rolling on the throttle and easy on the brakes, can’t be charging in and out of corners for a race that long! Just looked like you were flowing well
Another great race for you, and cool to see you and Gavin dicing back and forth! Not sure why they kept watering that section out of the tunnel since a lot of riders either went down or had issues. I had a fun race and it was nice to finally ride TV for the first time. 🙂
It was awesome riding with G all day and having each other to push off of. Maybe they just enjoyed seeing us suffer and fall haha. Could have set up a camera there and had a livestream of falls. We definitely ought to get back up and ride the moto track on a practice day! Just being able to say you rode a national level track is pretty cool. 🤘🏼
