@@firehawkd bro I did those two fights before this episode, and no joke they took days of play sessions to get the S rank on hard. I still haven't gotten every "mission" completed.
I seem to have trouble catching Leviathan. I seem to be catching more Striped Bass than Catfish. Also, more Striped Bass spawn than Catfish. Anything I’m doing wrong? Edit: Never mind! I caught Leviathan! I finally got him to spawn and I caught him.
Kamas has a special bar over his head that swings between green and red. If you deal damage while it's in the red, he will auto-counter you and negate the achievement. He will also sometimes guard, and if you strike him it'll register as a JustGuard and also negate the achievement (seen at 2:26). You also have to be aware of the size of the green meter. As you can see at 0:16, he'll start to charge and shrink the green section. Other things that'll shrink the green/grow the red is countering him or using moves he can't counter (Thousand Demons, Death Touch, etc.). If you strike him, it'll undo the increase in red a little with each hit. The whole fight is all about taking it slow, minimizing the damage you're taking, and of course racking up the number of counters you need.
Okay this has to in my opinion be 99% impossible and 1% possible. Most of all her moves freeze you and I believe when she goes into her second phase if you are standing near her she just insta freezes you on the spot. Like seriously how do you fight her and not get frozen? Again I don't know what the dev or devs were thinking with this one.
As you can see, a lot of it is just to keep moving. The only move that will outright freeze you is the GIANT AoE she does when she's getting close to dead. Otherwise, if she hits you with some ice move, run around until you thaw some. Still utter BS, though.
The achievements in this game are not impossible but very very luck based. I don't know what the dev or dev's were thinking making achievements like these. Some are easier than others though that's for sure.
