Morley's Crystalline skill from his Samurai (Dryad) class is incredibly helpful in both this and the Black Rabite fight. I gave him that, made Careena have healing and reviving (Ability seeds) and equipped her with the Salamando Candle to up everyone's ATK, and then just make sure everyone isn't doing wood, light, dark, or moon damage. Make sure you have plenty of MP and revival items, too!
