Hello! Thank you for sharing your knowledge. It's priceless. Is there any chance to post a link to this and similar books with japanese carpentry joinery? I can't read Japanese yet so I am not able to find it.. If I get one I will start studying Japanese language and carpentry. Thank you in advance. Arigato Gizaimasu!
Thank you for your comment. Thank you for your interest in Japanese architecture. I would like to introduce Japanese books from about 100 years ago that are available from Japanese libraries. dl.ndl.go.jp/pid/935911/1/1 The text is in Japanese, but the illustrations are also included, so please take a look at them for reference.

I have a large makita protractor with a knee brace I like it because it works with all size saws. I will buy the 90 degree one after seeing you use it.
Thank you for this wonderful video! I'm trying to find more information about some of these tools but there is very limited information on the internet. I have a couple of questions, perhaps someone out there can help! How wide can the clamp open on the chisel mortiser? What is the difference between the 7304 and 7305? I am interested in that tool as opposed to the chain mortiser for ease of sharpening and cost of replacement bits. Also for speed. And for the housing router, what is the difference between the 2516n and 2517n? Thank you!
