Wrong. That's not how Jerry's hallway looks. You have the hallway expanding outside his door to account for the kitchen, but in reality his hallway contracts, and he has a neighbor's door where his kitchen should be.
I just want to tell these developers one thing, Thank you all for making the best game of my childhood, this game has made me so happy throughout the years, I honestly believe I beat this game over 100 times, and I never get bored, I've gotten every achievement, and this game manages to be so fun and creative, thanks guys for making my favorite game of all time <3

This is one of the better covers of this song and….it made me cry. The nostalgia, the feeling I get from this song and the last of us is unparalleled to anything I’ve ever felt. And this cover gives me the same great feeling. Well done.
S3: E15 “The Suicide” minute 2:02 currently on Netflix shows a “structurally correct” right angle in the hallway leading from the doorway into the apartment, disproving your analysis. Sorry. If you want to fight about it we can meet behind the auditorium before the homecoming game Friday night. I’ll mess you up.
I have a somewhat similar memory to his, well, to a certain extent. My memories definitely vary in size and vividness, unlike Tim's. But the older I get, the looser my exact estimates of dates become. It's typically something like, "Oh yeah, that happened around the middle of July in 2022" or something like that. Or like how I remember going on vacation the week before the Nintendo 3DS came out, because it came out on March 27, 2011, but I had to wait until the following Wednesday, I believe, to get my preordered one in the mail. If I can tie an event down to some other event around the same time (like the vacation with the 3DS's release date, because I was really looking forward to it), then I can recall it much more easily. My family and friends are amazed at this, but it leaves me somewhat spending perhaps too much time in the past, because I'm attached to it more strongly than is probably healthy. Watching Tim make me think, "Is this what it's like listening to me talk?!" I love it.
Reading this made me think 'Is this what it's like listening to me talk?!" I've been like this since.. Idk since as far as my memory goes. I remember every thing in crystal clear details, and can derive time by doing the exact same thing. "Oh, I started talking with my girlfriend around last July I think because I met her beacuse of a friend and when that friend told me about her we ate lunch at this exact place and that week I went to that place two times and and and" and It goes on and on till I get the exact date. This feels both like a blessing and a curse. I remember EVERYTHING, even if I don't want to. And this causes me to be nostalgic and emotional about past things more than I want to.
Money and support from streamers, without back end support it wouldn't make sense. Netflix doesn't want to be associated with Blockbuster at the end of the day. It's a very costly endeavor. Appreciate everyone that loved the concept and had to move on.
a little bit, but not really. Likely does have a better than average memory (brain really does function a bit abnormally), and is extremely practiced in the act of remembering because of something like OCD causing him to constantly pour over memories, which in turn also 'strengthens' the memories he revisits. From what we know, he is just as vulnerable to forgetting and creating false memories as anyone else, though
@@NocturnalNick it is a condition that exists (hyperthymesia) and it's hard to say for sure whether it's innate vs a learned skill, but John Romero has a similar condition, though it doesn't seem to have as quite extreme effects. In his autobiography he recalls remembering a point in his life where it started happening, and hypothesizes that obsessively poring over and remembering the details of apple ii programming manuals is what kickstarted his sort of "hyper memory". I haven't heard anything about a hyperthymesics memories being fabricated, and John Romero can remember a LOT of externally verifiable facts extremely well.
@@Ehal256 first result I clicked on _Highly Superior Autobiographical Memory (HSAM): Memory Distortion Paradigms and Individual Differences_ In the DRM memory distortion word list paradigm we found that HSAM participants had comparably high rates of critical lure endorsement, indicating a vulnerability to false memories brought about by associations. They also participated in a classic misinformation experiment with photographic slides as the original event, and text narratives containing some pieces of misinformation. At the subsequent memory test HSAM individuals indicated more false memories than control participants, a finding that became non-significant when adjusting for individual differences in absorption. After a subsequent source test, HSAM and control participants had comparable numbers of false memories from misinformation.

We are working with a certain Metal Gear singer on the theme song this week, and preparing to go to GDC! It's a slow process, but we are chipping away at something really special.
