“I bought every Nintendo Switch console ever made!” This is in fact false, as I still have both my Switch V2 and OLED units with me, Wood didn’t buy them All jokes aside though, I also felt his pain when he was adding those expensive units to cart 🤣🤣 Also, there’s two readily available ACNH editions of the Switch Lite as well. Though I’m not exactly sure when they released, could have not been out yet by the time this video was made and uploaded.
8:58 This is impossible unless there is an update that allows you to customize your graphics settings, or if they make a new version specifically for the switch 2 that turns on said graphics settings. As a matter of fact most of the things you said are unrealistic, and this is coming from a hardware enthusiast, not to mention there are some key parts that are needed(that you missed) to make the switch 2 an upgrade from the first one.
The docked switch screen could work as an auxiliary screen for some games, or even wirelessly paired in a PS Portal fashion with Wii U functionality. IPs could make games with obligatory dual screen action, maybe even DS remasters/emulation. It could work also in handheld mode with a phone or tablet as the second screen. So much can be done with new technology to just adapt what they've done before :)
I imagine that as if you could customize the auxiliary screen to show information like a minimap, a dowsing machine, a cooperative screen like they did with the Wii U, a chat screen, a video meeting. Imagine if they make it powerful enough to run mario kart or CoD with videochat in the screen (so it has to have a camera too), or to be able to stream directly and have the chat and stream controls there. If Nintendo offers that, they will eat Sony and Microsoft to death
The only game I disagree with is BOTW. For me it's not a Zelda game. It's not because it's an open world, Wind Waker world was opened and still a Zelda and they could have made an Ocarina Of Time remastered in an open world Hyrule map. It's a totally different game, it's a nice free roam action game in the Zelda saga universe but it have almost zero of ALL the Zelda games before it like dungeons with doors/keys/buttons, with new item in every dungeon that had it's own mechanics to resolve new kind of puzzle, with a unique boss at the end of each dungeon with a new heart as a reward, with minigames, etc.
I just ordered a switch oled on discount.. then i just a day after saw the switch 2 news, but nvm i want to play BOTW and other games i missed out right now. 😄
If we’re talking best wrestling game on the Switch then yeah AEW take sit cause form what I’ve seen on WWE 2K18 it lokks so buggy and extremely unplayable and I love WWE as a wrestling promotion but AEW: Fight Forever on Switch actually looks like it can be fun and is better than WWE 2K18, but I’m still not gonna buy it although it’s cheap I just don’t want to spend money on it only it’s $5 or like I said in my last comment they end up putting it as free to play cause of the reasons I’ve said in that comment
The only thing I don’t like about this game is that it has to be paid for although it only goes for around $10-$30 so it’s pretty cheap but it should’ve been free to play especially with all the dlc, game modes, and updates it gets added on later cause you’re only paying a portion of the game to get then you have to buy all the dlcs and season passes like for that the game should’ve been free to play which probably could’ve given it more attention and then if people really loved it yeah go ahead and by the dlc and season pass, but they really are trying to take the meaning of Fight Forever seriously cause they just keep adding things to it, so I feel like there’s never gonna be another AEW game since all they’ll do is add more and more to it and just call it a day
I had this on my "Watch later" list, so I could watch it after finishing the game. I finally did yesterday after ~290 hs and getting 64.00%, which felt like an accomplishment. It was fantastic, and so was this review. TOTK is now on my top 5 Zelda games. Well done, Wood and team! PS.: Jack Black should watch this
