That was a Fun day we were actually later mock attacking at full speed and the short guy at 1:26 was nicknamed “Alabama” and he got the E tool stuck in his head standing straight up in the air walked up to the drill Sgt. Like forest gump accent “ drill Sgt. I got an e tool stuck in my head”and had to go to medical. The drill Sgt said “ private, how the fuck did you get an e tool stuck in your head. No one could stop laughing.

So sad the army abandon this. Yes in the Middle East Hand to hand combat is not common at all, but it still happens. Plus if we ever go to war with another nation we very well may need to fix bayonets

This was deltal company 3rd battalion 47th infantry div. Out of 4 platoons it focused on 3rd platoon or "wolverines". Many of my friends are in this. I hate it miss labled but i don't give ebough of a fuck to claim he's lying. Hell, he may legitimately believe this is his crew but i can prove otherwise. No worries though.

Would the instructor be pissed off if while on the course you used the barbwire cutting tool and just walk right past the barbed wire obstacle? I mean you'd technically be using the bayonet correctly.
