what if the arms are to tight on the side of your head, there narrow. How would you widen them?

You popped the lens out and then used the blow dryer inches from the lenses.

I left my plastic glasses in a soft case inside my backpack for weeks. My PC was sitting right on top and bent them up. I saw this video, grabbed my heat gun and did exactly what he showed us. Fixed! Yes be careful not to overheat with a gun instead of a hair drier!!!! If it burns your fingers its probably too hot!

Thank you so much!! My new glasses kept slipping off after I had worn them in -40 weather. We only get glasses people coming to our community 3-4 times a month so I'd been just not wearing them. This method fixed it!

This is for acetate frames not plastic frames.

I can't pop the useless lenses out of beautiful frames. The lenses are glued into the frames. I cannot push them out. I love the metal & hard tortoise shell frames.

Your way of heating the bridge and adjusting there makes complete sense and eliminates the stupid way the other guys video i seen. 👍
