Alright, so now what do I do once I’ve adjusted the arms and now I have pressure behind my ears? I’ve been them down to get a good fit and to keep them from sliding down my nose too much then I have to loosen them because my ears and behind my ears start to hurt.

Great video! My glasses are brand new and do not sit even when on a flat service and when they’re upside down, so I know the temple arms at the hinges were made uneven, what should I do? I feel like asking for a new pair because I hate the idea of having new glasses bent just because they were made crooked.

This unfortunately doesn't apply to all metal frames... I've had flex frames since I was 9, bc I tend to fall asleep in them and/or lose them in my bed or on the couch, A LOT. Like last night, for example. I managed to get my glasses off my face before I fell asleep, but was too lazy, to get up and get my case out of my bedroom. So, I tried holding them in my hand for a while, but I ended up falling asleep, my glasses fell out of my hand, and of course, ended up under my body, as I slept, until I finally woke up early this morning, had to pee, and then went to bed for a nearly 5-hour nap. So now, one side is higher than the other, in front. I adjusted the ear pieces just fine, but when I tried to adjust one arm to even them out again, I ruined the flex in that arm piece. 😕

My glasses have a metal frame that is twisted at the bridge, but the frame doesn't go around the bottom of the lens. The frame is at the top of the lens, and a little on the sides. When I try to twist, it feels like the lens will pop out. Help?

The left side of my metal frame is bent at the hinge, so it's not bending back easily. What can I do to bend it back to how it's supposed to be?

To stop glasses sliding down your nose simply bending them more behind the ear will probably dig in to your ear after an hour or two. You really need to alter the length to bend!
