Honestly not worried about that fight for some reason, it will have more health but the attacks aren't hard (from what I remember).

also iirc summons make Zallen jump off earlier (on top of buffing their defence as they do with every boss)

@@trickmaster5632 Never tried the Rotten or see how much exactly gives but he kinda difficult compared to Giant Lord correct if am wrong! Used to spam crystal souls arrow because there is a long delay & each time I be having like 400-500k don't remember exactly but was a bunch lol!

It's easier then some other metroidvania games, but It has a very cute pixel art, and a simple but good story I feel. I only found out recently this game is the third entry in the series tho which is crazy because I've only played this one and the sequel.

@@trickmaster5632 oh wow three! Must a series to check out in that case, the 2d titles are interesting nowdays with cool stories. I used to play a game 2d with anime style that have beautiful world/story/characters it's puzzle oriented but a fun one called "Forgotten Anne" still wish if it could get a sequel since it left me with more from it..!

The range on the scythe is pretty good for this boss. It's not very useful otherwise.

It's a decent boss, fair attacks too. I like this boss as well.

@@trickmaster5632 Idk if others actually like it with lights but if I knew about that lights early would've done it in my first run, I think you can also increase the brightness in setting which might help lol

@@trickmaster5632 Let's see since you've three styles.. You can mix combos with dodge attacks such Tiger Triangle dodge attack after S+T(hold) juggle combo input or Snake Sqaure/Traingle dodge attack after S+S+T+T juggle combo input like that. Moreover, you can try Crane Taunt All Launcher without holding Lock-on button R1 which is cool to use while in EX-Boost and then switch style & land some juggle combos. Lastly I would say maybe try go for the stun EX-Action, bosses can be stunned with six Snake dodge attacks whereas weak enemies with three snake dodge attacks. lol just needed to find a weapon first, that was the tough part because the rats attack very fast. Also couldn't use sweeping weapons, the statues got in the way with those weapons.

@@trickmaster5632 true, poking weapons is better for this kind of situation plus need that extra spacing

I usually fight vanguard halfway through the game, so I never had trouble with this boss. Rat's are horrible in the souls series tho, so I can understand.
