Amazing to see this getting caught in summer months, though tigers are always winter and shallow water species. May I know where about that is, understand its been a few years? looks like its some distance away from one of the bay islands ?
Just got a new combo … Shimano Sienna Quickfire 7’ 2pc 4-8kg 4000 spin … I’ve been using 12fts for a little while now I needed something smaller I’ll give it a crack soon …interesting tip about the sinker I’ll give it a shot!
Bought crab nets, live In Springfield, QLD 4300 Don't know my arse from my elbow when it comes to crabbing eager to learn, how to crab fish from land. Interesting video. Thank you,
😊awesome catch and cook loved seeing your beautiful daughters, my daughter’s name is Alana and my granddaughters name is Lily. Those two little girls 😊put a smile on my face so happy and bravest I have seen so fun on the many catch and cook videos on yabbies and other things that have claws 🦞 that bite 😅. Great work to both parents. 😊
Thanks for the vid but to be fair you don’t really talk about what to look for re spots. Is it deep there, shallow.. Logan is a big river. I never know weather to fish the flats or the deep holes.
At @0:38 adjust your own sack & eggs to prepared for checking out holes and pump the juices in and out of them. Then the ones with egg sacks let go. Don't adjust them as they are breeders lol. Keep pumping away and eventually you'll reap your rewards.
You can tell that a couple of those crabs were not full of meat and probably empty, the shell looks too new like they just moulted off the old shell. They might be big but I would had thrown them back to fatten up, look for crabs with the old worn-out pincers or covered with scars and barnacles. Another way is to feel the weight of the crab, or the hardness of the body, if the top and bottom shell gives a bit, or it sounds hollow, it's not full.
Hey Man, I was just wondering if you could please tell me this spot as me and my mate are just trying to get into squid fishing and would love a couple tips and tricks. Anything helps, Thanks
