Hey mate iv been catching a heap of small bullies and iv watched your catch and cook videos on how to fillet them at cook but I’m unsure how long I’m meant to let them bleed out for as I tryed bleeding one and left it for about hour-2 and then it went all stiff and it started spewing stuff out of every hole . Basically what I’m asking is how quick should I fillet them ?

Thanks for the vid but to be fair you don’t really talk about what to look for re spots. Is it deep there, shallow.. Logan is a big river. I never know weather to fish the flats or the deep holes.
