How about Rock Lee vs Gaara or Shikamaru vs Temari? You don't need hundreds of episodes worth of backstory since it is those characters first outing and a simple arena duel is easy for anyone to get into.
ow interesting fact. when Delores 'whispers' her song, when she asks the dark haired girl 'Do you understand?, look between their faces up the stairs. Bruno is there bopping to the song!!
Hei It's so well written and the characters are so real that you will never know were the show will go. Its very psychological and giving you a big vibs of Game of Thrones. Here are the synopsis of the show no spoilers. The people of the kingdom look down on the young Prince Bojji, who can neither hear nor speak. They call him "The Useless Prince" while jeering at his supposed foolishness. However, while Bojji may not be physically strong, he is certainly not weak of heart. When a chance encounter with a shadow creature should have left him traumatized, it instead makes him believe that he has found a friend amidst those who only choose to notice his shortcomings. He starts meeting with Kage, the shadow, regularly, to the point where even the otherwise abrasive creature begins to warm up to him. Kage and Bojji's unlikely friendship lays the budding foundations of the prince's journey, one where he intends to conquer his fears and insecurities. Despite the constant ridicule he faces, Bojji resolves to fulfill his desire of becoming the best king he can be.
Fact : never recommend Demon Slayer as first anime to anyone cause there is a chance they might think anime is all colourfull with cool animation and when they see OG anime they might be disappointed
The issue with Bruno is one that occurs often with people that provide prophecies- did they predict the future or create it? If something good happens, it’s just life. But if something bad happens, somebody has to be blamed.
Just to give you a little context, the movie is about the Madrigal family in Columbia who were granted a miracle that gives all of the family magic gifts, except for Mirabel, the main character. When something goes wrong with the miracle, she sets out to find a way to save it. In this song Mirabel is asking the family about her Uncle Bruno, who disappeared years ago after having a vision about the miracle. Bruno’s gift was seeing the future, which made people uncomfortable, and they sometimes blamed him for any bad visions he had. I highly recommend this movie. The story is deep, about family expectations, generational trauma, and self worth. The songs are by Lin-Manual Miranda of “Hamilton” fame and the songs and album have made it to the Billboard charts, with “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” and the album hitting number one.
Its very hit or miss with non anime watchers. I feel like you can't just show them a random anime fight and expect them to understand the same lvl of hype you yourself experienced. Its much better to introduce them into a good starter anime to atleast let them get acclimated and so in turn they'll atleast know what to expect after
The reason Zenitsu has the ability to fight when he sleeps is because of his training. Notice how he only uses one breathing technique, that's because during his training he could only pull off that one technique. So he had that move drilled into him by his teacher for so long that he can do it while unconscious. Also while awake, his nerves and fear cause him to freeze up so he can’t move. When his life is in danger, his nerves and fear grow so strong that he passes out. But while asleep, his nerves are no longer holding him back, allowing him to fight and move with great judgment, precision and skill. His hearing also plays a big part in allowing Zenitsu to fight unconsciously, as it enables him to discern his surroundings and the location of his enemies and their attacks.

non-anime people can barely appreciate a good quality animation bcz they dont even know how hard it is to make it .. even harder than Hollywoods movies sometimes .
