One of the worst botches ever exposed the buissness to everyone you CANNOT be forgetting to kick out during a world title match in the main event damien should lose the title soon
The referee counted to three and everyone present could clearly see it. The referee just needed to give this information to the ring announcer and management. Next, Plan B would be used in case of unforeseen circumstances and bookers would work on the fly. Damien lost, there was no doubt about that. The referee shouldn't have blindly followed the first scenario because there is always an alternative plan for such events. Some blame should be placed on Damien, but the referee's actions were far more egregious and unprofessional. As a last resort, in similar situations in the history of wrestling, the restart of the match was announced.
Scolding people because they noticed an obvious botch? It DOES define the match. It doesn’t make either of them bad workers, but acting like fans are silly for talking about it is nonsense.
Truth. HHH's nonchalant demeanor, feels dismissive. Not every person that is focused on the incident is hyper focused on negativity. Many people have many different reasons for having their attention on what occurred. Also, some people bet money on these events. And those individuals have even more of a reason, to want explanations for what the heck happened. It could have been a botch or something else. Damien may have been knocked, or dazed, and missed his Q.
Why is he world champion to begin with?... fans don't seem to be into him much. He has the look of a pro wrestling champion for sure, but his mic is weak and needs to improve his in ring work.
Refs should be encouraged to call it like the audience sees it, looks incompetent now. Take the L, he was knocked out, work it out in the back and resolve it on TV

Just to give cm punk this big storyline they made the money in the bank contract a non factor till another year. They could have had cm punk screwing him out the money in the bank win and had someone like LA Knight or Jey Uso win it. They trying to build this big bloodline story with Cody Rhodes as the target but to truly make it work they need Cody Rhodes without half the main event roster in his corner and have an unlikely saviour, thats how you create a bloodline civil war. At the moment their heel vs face storylines are like AEW with so many groups you know whats going to happen. Vince needs to teach these corporate fools how to write storylines.
Bro what? That was an epic failure. The title should have changed hands and you guys just have to wing it from there. Have Drew still cash in and then have it be a triple threat with Priest and he somehow gets the title back and everything is still as is.

@@gerasimov_mv under a normal match it would’ve been easier to cover up but because of the cash in needing to be a triple threat for a No DQ stipulation along with the other match stipulation of Priest getting kicked out of judgement day if he lost, there was little wiggle room with what they could’ve done.
@@thetamilianvineeshhh2498 the ref has an earpiece that he can communicate with the wrestlers, it doesn't take a genius to understand that they weren't supposed to kick out. Think about it, why wouldn't he.
Ref's job is to pretend it is real. Seth should have been awarded the pinfall, and then they can improvise to get to the expected final result with Punk and Drew, and then have Priest win the title back sooner rather than later if they really want him to be the champ.

@@unekoslim3788 for now??he ain't getting no push..even with them trying to turn Corbin fave it won't work..the only praise he got was when Bron was carrying that tag team..get lost 🤡
Shit was one of the most embarrassing moments in Priest’s career and the refs as well(I understand it was not his fault)because that was terrible, Priest figured his music would hit prior to the pin I’m guessing but wow, fyi imo still was some of the best writing as far as screwing over DM over and over and over again lol Everyone knows it was coming and I still laughed out loud legitimately which is why I didn’t use lol haha
How did you become a producer? Im not asking in a mean way. Im genuinely interested and want to know how you got started. Cause I think I have a great idea for a show (i know everyone says that) but its like the office meets roseanne (the original).
I went to college for film and theater then moved to LA when I graduated and worked extensively in production. While I was doing that I started publishing my own comics and graphic novels. After years of doing that, I started to sell film and tv adaptations of my work, and then eventually started to get hired to work on other people’s tv shows. But the best way to do things these days is to just make them yourself. ;) Good luck!
@@WrestlingwithStory yeah let's just let that clip die bud 😂 Edit: there's a reason it's a survivor series wargames march and has been for four years ;)
@@WrestlingwithStory my whole life until i turned 20, then it is just sporadic but i still watch the big events to see whats going on or what has change. Cool to see people going strong after so many years, thats dedication sr.
The judgement day story unfolding 5 🌟 The wyatt sick6 stuff was a good way of telling their story. Might het the funhouse back soon But yeah...could have been better
I’m a Portland guy, and with Portland wrestling there were two real gimmicks. (Three if you count the dog collar match, which debuted in Portland but only happened here the once, and really gained its fame elsewhere.) First is the stretcher match, which was the specialty of Rip Oliver, so much so he even had his own custom stretcher. The second was the brainchild of Dutch Savage, and it only ever worked as a gimmick when he was involved in some way, because only he was willing to be as goddamn brutal and bloody as needed. Everywhere else it was attempted, people were too squeamish to do it right, most famously in WCW between Sting and Jake the Snake. I’m talking, of course, about the Coal Miners Glove match. If you’ve seen the footage of Dutch Savage taking the glove to the Iron Sheik, you know how good it can be. Today, perhaps Mox could pull that match off, but other than that…
