The nutritional label includes the "Typical Amino Acid Profile: Grams of amino acids in 100g of 100% Beef Aminos." 1 tablet of 100% Beef Aminos weighs about 2g. Therefore, there are about 50 tablets of 100% Beef Aminos in 100g of 100% Beef Aminos. To calculate amino acids per tablet, divide each amino acid in the profile by 50 NOT 100. This product is about twice as potent as some people are making it out to be. The label is somewhat misleading because the weight of each pill is not given. I had to use an electronic scale to determine the number of grams per tablet.

This dude doesn't even know what hes talking . He is looking at the serving size of grains compared to what it says on the back with the 100 grams amino acid profile. It is a completely different serving. So basically 15 grains = 1 gram, each pill has 30 grains, so each pill has 2 grams. So in order to reach that 100 gram amino profile you would need to take 50 pills. This dude also brags and says " wow this bottle has 200 pills for 66 servings " ...LMAO.. if you take 50 pills a day as any hardcore weight lifter would, then the bottle will last only 4 days. There are many hardcore athletes that actually take 25 to 50 pills of beef aminos or uni liver in order to reach an effective anabolic level. He also claimed that these beef aminos have more aminos than the liver. It is the opposite. The beef aminos is literally a weaker version of the uni liver....

Branch chain amino acids by themselves don’t do anything. That’s why the supplement works, because it’s got a full spectrum of amino’s

It's the only Creatine I use. I've never used Monohydrate because of the negative side effects.

It has been years since I have taken them and I probably would suggest bcaa's in a powder form for faster digestion.

It will help you flush more water into your muscle which will help you in the gym. So yes but not necessarily muscle right away.

I hope you do explain that with the forehand swing .. about the importance of a unit turn and the left foot needs to be out in front .. not being front on to the ball

yeah just wait around 20-30 minutes before workout and you can take them right after a workout.

Saurav Kapahi I took 2 before workouts and 2 after. If you are just starting out take 1 at both times.

Great great nice one bro, I have bee training and is going on my 6th years now. I never really used supplements and I made so great results or gains. Last month I decided to start using suplements and not I am way stronger and gaining more lean muscle. I was searching for a good beef amino and your review convinced me bro. So, I will get it to see how it works out.
