Man, I brought the rear motor mounts (88 Durometer) and the passenger motor mounts (72 Durometer) and the vibrations is awful. I ordered the 62 durometers bushings to replace them with so hopefully it'll help reduce the vibrations somewhat
love my 1.6 TDI. Though the intense heat in India keeps me lil bit worried about it reliability but so far no faults since i bought it used at 70k at the odo, serviced it, and been using it since, approx 10k miles.
Did you take the "baffle plates" underneath the valve cover out to clean underneath them from possible sanding dust? I was thinking of doing this next winter and just heard some horror stories about metal dust getting underneath those and then making their way to the engine with the oil pressure.
So the vent pipe from the tank is sealed off ? Won't the tank pressurize? Also at inspection the deletion of emission control equipment cause a fail ? I can see no performance gain or loss in this deletion so its just to make the engine bay "pretty".....
Cobalt ceramic coated headers 4,2,1. Magna flow down pipe w/resonator. Cat delete. All exhaust larger piping than stock. I think 2 1/2 inches? Magna flow definitely has that American sound. Not too raspy but rather it’s a deep base rumble. Got the jenvey individual throttle bodies coming soon. Plenty of induction noise in my future for sure
I have the same exact car in black. Has to be the absolute worst rain leaker I've ever owned lol. Even washing your windows while rolling at highways speeds... You're gonna get water Directly in the window switch on driver side lol. And the road drone on mine is horrible as well... Subaru life ahahha
I'm betting the metal on the lower coolant route, is for stabilizing the hose and preventing vibration cracks because of the extended run it would take.
I'm disabled & not a good driver. But I rode with a Really Nice Guy when I was in Spokane, WA (when I lived in Salem, OR) for a meeting. This car was 1994 Dodge Viper RT10 that was painted in a silver/sea-blue color with a yellow-gold stripe. It was a Great Experience. The car sounded like a Purring Cat that was in and out of a roaring fight.... Fabulous!!!
only thing with diesel gate was that EVERYONE was cheating emissions but didn't admit it ... ONLY VW said ok fine we cheated ... but NO ONE ELSE did ... so ... it's not all bad on VW
This is very clean looking, neat and tiddy, but overall the DIY Randall set up for a cold air intake is probably the best made out of abs piping. Paint the piping and use a fine mesh filter to cover the hole and it is awesome and sounds really good too. Thank you for this video too!
I found out that if I took out my passenger seat, then stuff padding and cusions there, I can somewhat sleep in the tiny miata. Your head will not be on the floor but more proped up against the wall that separates the trunk and the cabin.
I bypass my boss amplifier in my wind bar 2004 Miata mx-5 , i put the 200 millennium speaker in the wind bar … how to reconnect with the head unit do I need a new connection to reconnect to the honest?
I use Rockford Fosgate PPS4's in the lower doors for mids and a pair of RF 1in tweeters up top with an 8in RF sub in a Miata footwell sub box, this is an incredible set up for the Miata
try the system I posted about, it all fits right in the miata and it not only sounds incredible its loud AF, I power everything with 2 RF amps. a 300watt Punch mono amp for the sub and a RF 400watt Punch amp for the mids and tweets
