Hi Pragya, what does it mean I have received an US offer letter suddenly from the Employer? To Acknowledge They have filed for me but not got selected earlier, not sure about sudden email regarding US OFFER letter Does that means I got selected in second round of lottery?

Hello, I've been selected for the second H1B lottery. However, my employer hasn't guaranteed me a job and has asked me to transfer my visa to another company that can offer me one. Is this situation acceptable, or should I reject the visa? I'm planning to travel to the USA in the first week of October. Please advise.
Selection in the lottery doesn’t mean you got H1B visa. Petition has to be submitted by the employer through whom you got selected. And you cannot transfer a lottery selection. Only once your petition is approved you can transfer with another employer.
Hi, I got selected in last year lottery but visa stamping is not done yet. my question is H1B valid till 3 years after selection right or do I need to get visa stamping within any time frame. Kindly help me on this.
What if, I am doing my usmle medical neurosurgery residency, which takes about 7 to 8 years to compete, then after 1 year of fellowship I get my final job. Hey I got a job offer letter from a company yesterday and they mentioned they will apply for petition but asked me to check with immigration agency n company will support me too. The joining month is December or jan. I am not sure if this is possible. I need ur thoughts ok this please. It's a great job with good salary and it's a big company too
How many days does it take for an employer to receive notification about selection? Additionally, if we are not selected in the lottery, will we receive a notification about the non-selection?
As mentioned in the video employers have already got the notifications. And USCIS is not going to send selection or rejection notices to individual candidates.
My H1B VISA LOTTERY WAS SELECTED IN 1st Round in Apr 2024 & petition was submitted in June . Post that I don’t have any update company telling finally I will know by November . My question is what are the steps post petition submission
In your opinion is it easier to get approval for part time second H1b? Also, is there any negative consequence in case of denial for concurrent H1b on the main H1B approval in future visa interviews etc? Ideology is that it is difficult to convince the government that a person could work 80 hours a week. So I have seen some forums that part time concurrent H1b is easy to get approval.

H1B is an employment based visa. You need to have a legitimate job offer in hand. The prospective employer can file for you. Typically around March every year. Cannot be done by an individual himself.
You cannot do it yourself. You need a legitimate job offer from a prospective employer. The employer has to file for you. This happens around Feb- March every year. Check out my other H1B videos for more information.
As mentioned in the video there is lot going to be any announcement. You will have to check with your employer to see if they have been notified of selection.
Hi pragnya.. loved your videos.. have been watching since my husband's H1B visa was picked up 2 years back.. currently, we are in the US.. your videos have been so helpful and are so informative.. I have one question, my h4 visa has expired but i94 is still valid.. am i eligible to continue my stay in the US or do I have to go back to india for re-stamping? Moreover, my H1B visa has been picked this year and is under process currently.. so, what should I do? Stay till i get i797? Will there be an issue for my h1b visa since I am overstaying on H4? Also, since that my h4 visa is expired, can I apply for i539 now? Kindly guide TIA 6:23
