If you filed multiple registrations, let's say one registration per company randomly, yes, it is legal and legitimate. However, you may not know if the same companies through which you filed have also done multiple registrations for the majority of other applicants, which is definitely a red flag. You may not even be aware of this because you may have applied through random companies, and you may not know which company is under red flag. But you will still be flagged if you filed through any of the companies that offered "Multiple Registrations." USCIS will compare the names from one IT body shop to other IT body shops for probabilities. If they find common names between IT companies, then it is a red flag. For instance, if you applied through five different companies randomly and one company was picked up, you would ignore the rest of the four companies and go through the company that got picked up. However, if any of the five companies through which you applied are under red flag, then you are in trouble. The problem is that you may not know if any one of the company is red or green. If any of the five companies you applied through are fraudulent, then USCIS will consider you a potential fraudster because your name is associated with the red-flagged company when you entered the lottery, even though you may not have known about it at the time. If a company or consultancy offered you "MULTIPLE REGISTRATIONS," even if you applied randomly with one lottery for each company, those companies likely would have done multiple registrations for other people, which you may not be aware of. Therefore, even if you do multiple registrations with different employers, you need to make sure they are legitimate. We all know how Indian consultancies operate, and if you filed through any consultant that offered "MULTIPLE REGISTRATIONS," even though you only did one, my suggestion is to drop it right here. Again, if any consultancy offered you "MULTIPLE REGISTRATIONS" before filing H1B, the chances of that company getting caught are 95%. If you filed through any consultancy that offered "MULTIPLE REGISTRATIONS," then you are flagged as well, even though it doesn't matter if you were picked up or not. You entered the lottery through a fraudulent consultancy, and if that consultancy gets caught, you will eventually get caught too.
Hi. Thank you for sharing. My friend got lottery selected from two consultancies. If he approaches only from one consultancy for petition... Is there any problem ?
Foolish way....those who file multiple they apply from different or same agency but showing diffrent sponsor company thought these r small bogus company names so how will such majority people get caught
Not related employers. But what if someone filed 5 registrations with5 different unrelated employers? One of them got picked up(Although none of the 5 are real job offers) What measures does USCIS have in place?
Could you please let me know how to do a degree conferral for the state licence (for a healthcare professional) which needs to submit with the petition.
Hi I have applied two different consultancy and h1b got picked from one consultancy and second consultancy is not picked now I am very confused Can I proceed are not plz give me your valuable suggestions .
I have filed H1 registration through two different consulting companies. and I got picked from one of consulting company, but they are not willing to fille H1 petition with USCIS. They are sating due to multiple registration but there is no relation between two consulting companies. Could you please suggest on my case.
Hello, I have applied for multiple consultancy, one consultancy has relationship with other consultancies, they applied through 3 different companies, the other company has no relation ship. I got picked by the company that doesn't have any relationship with other company. I am not going to file H1B for the current year. Suppose I apply H1B for next year in one company and I got picked, whether last year information will they used to deny my H1B. So, this mistake will be a black mark on my profile, which will be used in future if I apply for H1B.
remove lottery, confirm 100% acceptence for masters students and then choose people by salary basis. highest salary should get Visa. thats the only way to solve this.
@@TheKrishna1995 are you saying American colleges and degrees are worthless ? they should own up to their own institutes and put their money where their mouth is or stop giving F1 or make F1 ineligible to apply H1. and make them return to their home country and then try H1 again.
I expected this reply this is about the individual not the system i was talking about, lets just say there is a student who got straight C’s or F’s. Do you think he will be a qualified to get a proper (assuming that student did stem courses) stem job ? Its like what india did during covid, passing everyone without exams. I thought the lottery is supposed to filter those candidates. Just my opinion.
Is this problem only who has selected (lottery ) from multiple employers via multiple registrations OR Applied multiple regiarations and selected even one OR even just applied for multiple regiaratuons (not sister consulting /companies) and none of them selected.... Can you clarify.. 🙏
@@themoneyway9364 so you expect USCIS to scrutinize all registrations? Why would they do that? Their focus is not fraud investigation! They are trying to prevent the fraudulent from entering the system that’s why focusing on all multiple applicants who were selected in lottery. And please learn some manners!!
@@goglobalbypragnya ok. So, multiple registrations candidates if selected in lottery and do not go with filing(so they are not trying to enter the US), they are also safe according to you? And i told dumb abt the explanation, not you. Anyways, if that was rude/mannerless, sorry
Hi I have a query I have filed multiple registrations(5) of H1B from different employers and i got 1 pick in H1B Lottery 2023. Now can you please suggest can I go for further petition process? Or any risk... urgent please I need u r thought s
No, actually my wife’s brother works for USCIS, and your the ones that they are actually focusing on at this moment, from what my brother in law says investigations will continue thru July 2023. Hint if you have a Job offer from a company that was Recently Formed in Years 2022/2023 then you are the Main Target. What they found out that mostly the Tech Layoffs individuals that have been laid off in 2022 and 2023 have opened new companies under relatives and friends names and Registered them in H1B pool. USCIS is looking at Permanent Flag for such individuals and subsequent denial of any Immigration Petition.
Hi, I have J2 and H1B VISA. Due to current market condition, my H1B employer not allowing me to enter USA. So I want to ask that can I enter the USA with J2 VISA and later can I transfer J2 to H1B visa once I get a new opportunity threre?
Iss market mein ek offer ka milna hi mushqil hain. I have one post dated offer, and the org filed for a h1 sadly it did not go through. yes there are still few with 4 or 5 offers, but they work in niche technologies where there is serious dearth of talent even now.
