Maybe the cores of Titan Cameraman, Titan Speakerman, Titan TV Man and G-Man are actually energy transformers which means they can convert different forms of energy into its possessor's usable type, which means when Titan Cameraman uses his core fire and fries an enemy, he can convert the heat energy in the surrounding back into the usable form of energy(this should be applicable to all 4 cores). *This satisfies the Law of conservation of energy and also the fact that all the four races other than Astro Toilets are constantly upgrading without the resources eventually being used up*.
