don't worry sonic; i enjoy some beer or wine or a shot of vodka now and then, but the thought of drinking as much as an alcoholic does literally makes me feel sick. i get to enjoy it with buds, and i didn't "get hooked" so i win on both sides
Looks like Chris Chan never learned or listened to these Sonic Says on: Not to Be Stupid Sexual Harassment Healthy Diets Illiteracy Exercising Car Safety The Law Cheating Sharing Sleep Breakfast Fire Road Safety “Learned by Listening to Sonic”, my ass!
2:40 Imagine a Jake and the Neverland Pirates version with Peter Pan: Mr. Smee: Captain Hook promised to make me a ninja pirate, but he puts me on guard duty instead. I hate it, hate it, hate it! Peter: Hey there, Mr. Smee! What's up? Mr. Smee: Peter! I got you at last, you...you-- Peter: Boy? Heck, you don't need Hook to teach you. I'll show you all the moves you need. Mr. Smee: What, you think I'm stupid? Peter: Yes, next question. Mr. Smee: I won't fall for your tricks. Peter: Listen, Mr. Smee; just to prove I mean it, I'll let you hit me first. Mr. Smee: You will? Peter: Sure. I'll stand right here. (strikes a kick pose) You run at me and do this, and I'll fall down. Mr. Smee: Well, alright. But you better fall down. Peter: I promise. (Mr. Smee runs and tries to kick Peter, but falls in the ocean) Peter: Did I fall down too soon? (Mr. Smee gags) Peter: Speak up, I can't understand you. Mr. Smee: (still gagging) Boy!
Sonic clearly thought he was in a Phil Collins song: Phil Collins: "Well if you told me you were drowning, I wouldn't lend a hand. I've seen your face her before my friend. But I don't know if you know who I am Well, I was there and I saw what you did I saw it with my own two eyes So you can wipe off the grin I know where you've been It's all been a pack of lies!"
I thought Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog was supposed to air on ABC on its Saturday Morning block, but instead it moved through syndicated on the local network stations (FOX, UPN, The WB, independent, NBC, ABC and CBS), on either weekday mornings afternoons or Saturday mornings, depending on the TV affiliate.
I used to watch Adventures Of Sonic The Hedgehog when it was aired on as part its first-run syndicated on my Fox station WTAT channel 24 cable 6 from 1993-1994 in South Carolina, again in reruns on my UPN station KRRT channel 35 cable 7 in Texas for a short lived time in 1996 early Saturday mornings, and again in reruns on my UPN station WMMP channel 36 cable 13 on the syndicated BKN Kids Network in South Carolina from 1997-1998, during the 90’s. And the good reason is I watched because of Sonic the Hedgehog. It was also reran on cable by both USA Network’s USA Cartoon Express/USA Action Extreme Team from 1995-1997 (with an additional Christmas special ordered by Sega to be produced for the Christmas season of 1996 to ride on the coattails with the release of Sonic 3D Blast) and on Toon Disney from 1998-2002 during the time.
Getting stuck in quicksand really seemed like a big deal in old cartoons. I don't think I've even seen quicksand. I've known people who died of falls, high voltage electricity, car crashes, diabetes, monoxide, cancer, drowning, but have NEVER known a person who died after sinking in quicksand.
