There you go: www.mudumalaitigerreserve.com/ I am not entirely sure of the best time. But spending the better part of your day would be the best bet. So, would recommend reaching their early. Otherwise, best would be if you give them a call before hand to clear your doubts.
We are planning ooty and kodaikanal in one trip shoud we first visit ooty or kodaikanal, also how many days are sufficient for this trip also should we travel by our car or by flight
Really depends on your preference, where you want to go first. I don't think it will make a difference in experience. There is no airport in Kodaikanal, nearest will be Madurai. And then locally you will will again have to book a taxi or rent a car for self-drive. So if driving from your home to these places is something you maybe open to then it is not a bad decision.
