Andrea's remarkable musicianship has earned multiple thousands of praiseworthy comments for her videos and recordings. I've yet to see a comment praising yet another talent. She is a charismatic and enthusiastic leader of her bands, which is a rarity in jazz circles through the years. And partly why she has a huge following.

It is a continual struggle not to praise the beauty (and handsomeness) of those in Joan Chamorro's crew. Not politically correct... the music is the thing. But perhaps it is their musical brilliance and delight in their work that biases me rather. So, here, on this dressed up occasion, Andrea central and beaming with her dashing and talented partner, Christoph, on stage as well, the front line looks stunning, eyes aglitter, yet fully at ease. The experience is complete.
