I have a special service 15 Durango. I’m attempting to install a 2018 8.4 uconnect. Mines does not have a screen just the 5” I don’t have the same connectors coming out of my harness to match the radio’s connectors. I have the new media hub and the radio. Is there anything else I need to do?
I been a owner of 2011bmw328i since 1/2/2024 it gave me problems 1st night i took it home, it didn't start the next day, sent it back, they had for 2 months, i really like the car, that's when i started doing my homework on these things, seeing other owners and them letting me know its a money bag, it always needs something. I had a oil leak in the gasket, it made the serpentine belt come off and into the fan, got that fix. It feels like it wants to shut off at traffic lights at stop. (BREAK MY WALLET BMW)😅😅, i guess if you want this problem 😅 you got it.😅
Thanks for the video as It helped me immensely I followed your advice and was able to remove both manifolds/cats without having to remove the exhaust. I removed bank 1 through bottom without having jack the engine up with the front of the car on jack stands. Time to put it back together with the new cats. Cheers!

I have a 2014 1500 express, I want to upgrade to this cluster. I have a regular OBD scanner but I’m sure I need the same software to change the mileage. This cluster is from the same year and newer correct? Plug in and play ?
CarPlayNav has bad reviews on google and some buyers are mentioning having issues with shipping and them not responding to requests. I’m not sure if I want to buy from them.
On the old Escorts one of the hardest parts was taking the axles out of the case. I don't think I have seen a single Focus video where they show them getting the axles out of the case. They must just ' fall ' out. Most every video has a pause, then they say " well, I got the axles out "
Nah they didn't fall out I had to keep that out I actually broke it getting it out. And left me cursing for hours before. I had to get a new one because it was so difficult.
@@barrettgarage1088 just had to comment as like I said , those are usually one of the hardest parts. I really HOPE they just pop out with a pry bar, but from past experience I found they definitely do not. I myself have found that coming out they need to be pushed in so the clip is loose, then quickly ' propelled ' outward totally evenly in order for the clip to hit on all sides at the same time. Position of the opening of the clip may also be important in order for it to ' hit ' correctly ( according to video by ' Kenny ' ) Rotating the shaft about 45 degrees with every attempt may help.
Yeah I do actually that's what was put in my car prior to me buying it I kept it as a just in case. So when I get home I'll get the number off of it for you.

Things to consider The DME box on the botom requires the battery disconnected for 1 hour before removing it to prevent damage. Check to see if your obd fails to connect to the system as this points to that DME box at the bottom or the fuse box. When changing the fuse box check to see if the connection links are the same configuration at the back of the box. Everything goes through the DME Electrical. If you change it, it will require programming to your vin. I presume you have checked your fuel pump and pump relay unit mounted behind the back seat side panel. Other faults. The car stops and won't start .go to the battery negative and remove the battery sensor wire. It may start. Sounds like the DME to me if the fuse box is good.i hope this is useful.
I'm not sure due to the case on it but I had a galaxy active 2 then upgraded to the galaxy 6 classic they both had amazon cases on them so they look identical. I upgraded during the time of getting the truck so I'm not 100 percent which one it was.
I’m getting cat conversion codes after trying to clean carbon out of the secondary air pump on my n51 motor I think some sludgy carbon may have clogged cats cause what shot out of the secondary air port was insane.
I ordered a positive cable for a 2007 and the cable isnt the same but my fuse box looks just like yours .BMW Battery Positive Cable (E9X) Genuine BMW - 61129269907 It doesnt go onto the junction box we have im so confused I just ordered a 2006-2011 328i fuse box positive cable and I'm also ordering the junction fuse box to see if that helps my electrical issue I also seen I have rust on the connection to the fuse box
It was a 2014. The 4th gen goes from 09 to 18. Then the classic version 19 and up. But in 2013 ram did a face-lift to them and changed the dash, cluster, and computers.
I have a 2017, looking to upgrade my u-connect to one that actually does have apple play. Too expensive the other route. Watching your video for guidance if applicable
Honestly I'm at toyota now I just got to work. I drive it 12 miles a day and it's like a Cadillac of a truck. I love it my neighbor has a limited and it don't have the extras I have he's wanting to trade his in for a higher end model.
