Tashi Delek Dr. Tara la I got chronic Cervical Radiculopathy C7 for almost 1 year. I got 2 time Steriod injection against Pain. It will be very helpful what type of physical exercise need to do in order to reduce pain… what type of Tibetan medicine or Rinchen Rilbu should be taken. I get the same problem but not on back only front and breath.what figure out was lift your chin up and wait for few minutes and try to breathe again.everything will be fine.
