Tashi Delek Dr. Tara la I got chronic Cervical Radiculopathy C7 for almost 1 year. I got 2 time Steriod injection against Pain. It will be very helpful what type of physical exercise need to do in order to reduce pain… what type of Tibetan medicine or Rinchen Rilbu should be taken.
