Also, are you telling me that Ohio citizens are directly reaching out to Vance and Co. to look into allegations that their cats and dogs are getting eaten, without filing any reports to their local law enforcement agencies? That seems odd… All Vance can do, as a people’s representative is to pass on these reports to the proper authorities, so that they can investigate. Vance is not a law enforcement official nor can he direct law enforcement to do anything.
