@@christinestone1510 in the video I say “I’m in a YOLO phase”- the reason I’m getting the tattoo as a joke.Then proceed to say I think that I’m always in a yolo phase. Yolo stands for “you only live once”. It’s a term people say sort of like “fck it”. I was wondering if you fancied a YOLO phase and wanted a tattoo at all

As a female I definitely found it hard getting into the gym at first, in fact it was so daunting, I barely looked up. But by showing up again and again, and gaining that confidence was the best thing I did for myself. It’s so introspective, you can get lost in the moment and really focus on yourself. Then feeling the endorphins afterwards feels amazing! It feels like the best form of self care. You’re getting strong, you’re putting time into yourself and you’re pushing your comfort zone to new limits. I believe in you and wish you all the best on this journey. Thanks again for watching xxx
