why I shaved all my hair off
THIS IS YOUR SIGN FROM THE UNIVERSE TO SHAVE YOUR HAIR OFF IF YOU HAVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!
YES I shaved all of my hair off and these are some of the reasons why. Should you? ABSOLUTELY! I have never received so many compliments before doing so and what a great experience this is to look back on.
I was so scared in the lead up to doing it but as soon as I started (as you can see) I was so so so excited to do so and have been so happy ever since.
I will be doing a follow up video very soon all about how much I have been loving it.
I forgot to mention that I am also donating the hair to an organisation called Matter Of Trust which uses the hair to clean up oil spills alongside filtering water to prevent storm drains from flooding.
The total raised for Ukraine charity was over £1,075 (as people donated on behalf of the fundraiser after it had closed). Thank you to each and every one of you who followed my journey and for the love and support.
I used Wahl's clippers on a grade 2 all over (1/4 of an inch) and used grade 0 when cleaning up the edges. I have since dyed my hair some funky patterns (if you are going to bleach a shaved head- make sure you don't wash it for a week prior to avoid bleach burns), I used pink and purple to do some stripes- photos are on my instagram @ daisyharrietstone.

Wow I really love the reasons you did this! I understand that feeling of not knowing yourself and feeling like your losing yourself. So much you said in this whole video was so relatable like being bullied just because you're different and beacuse you like making RU-vid videos or doing other social medias. I had to shave my head when I was diagnosed with cancer and although it wasn't a choice, it really helped me to stop seeking validation from everyone except for myself. It helped me realise that people will never be truly happy with me , shaved head or not and honestly, it doesn't even matter because it isn't their life I'm living! It's amazing of you to raise and donate all that money to people who will really benefit from it 🇺🇦💞💞

I'm so sorry you were bullied for being different, I was also. It was so hard and I'm still shy.. I buzz my hair too and I'm tired of caring what people think. I've mostly always done what I want to do but I want to actually be confident about of it. Anxiety sucks. Be proud!

Thank you Ori for your comment- I can totally relate. I’ve felt amazing since doing it! It’s been keeping me cool in the hot weather🤣 On top of that; showering has never been so easy, and getting changed when putting tops on! Plus sleeping is brilliant🤣🤣
