feels like you purposefully gave hector shit skills so he wouldn't really have a reasonable shot at winning. But meh, he's a better lord in a harder game with immediate 1-2 range. I'll take that over eirika's pathetic combat and sword-locked status any day. Also, Hector should've been given some swords. (If he was, he would've won this matchup due to better hit rates and no weapon triangle being at play.) His class gets access to them, and while yes in base game he's better off sticking to axes, in a 1v1 setting you're just purposefully setting him up for failure.
Im inclined to think lute would beat the brakes off artur but the amount of undead in fe8 combined with slayer is pretty cracked Edit: i thought this was a hot take discussion vid lol
On Lunatic mode, I had Thea forge an A support with Shom for that avoid skill (defiant avoid?), and I did the magic swap. She performed better than I expected with Flame Swords. (1-2 range helps a lot.) During the Tendaris-Rescue map, she held the line against enemy reinforcements that tried to flank my eastern army. That was one of the coolest Swordmaster moments in all of my FE history. Thea good~
@@IrishCoffeeGaming She just needs investment with the right support. Not optimal, but a lot of fun to see her Swordmaster-sprite crit everything. (Kind of like Lyn from FE7.)
