Quick question. I ended up with a couple of clear coat runs on my Grand Prix GTP rear spoiler which is very similar in color. If I am going to sand and buff the orange peel antway, can I just sand down the runs with a 800 or 1,000 Grit wet sandpaper and then until the runs have been sanded down flush then continue on with the rest of the spoiler? I've seen videos where they prepare the run very slowly and in isolated way but as a hole boards going to be sending anyway what's the point? Please advise. Thanks

Best video on the subject I'm come across. full of useful and vital tips. I got to the 2000 grit stage stage, panicked as it was so foggy...and layed down a new coat of clear. Got orange peel again but now I've seen it go from dull to shiny again on this video its given me confidence to try again.
Get you some various sized sanding blocks. You don't have to use just that tiny one. And be extra cautious on plastic parts that are painted. The paint on spoilers tends to wear out a lot faster.
I cannot agree more with many of the comments. Your tutorial is precise well spoken in a extremely informative of all the other videos. I’ve watched on RU-vid showing the process of removing orange peel to paint. Well done my young friend!!
When I first put mine on I used the spring that was in it. I drove it amd it worked great for the first mile. Then it quick making the noise. I checked things over everything was tight. Test drove again and it started working again. Do u know why?
Took Me 10 minutes to drop the pump unit in the baffle area..thanks for pointing out sock position. I got it in before seeing video but good point for others. And doesn't hurt to take pics thru the process.
