U have to pull at the previous El Paso tournament and if u win an open class u qualify to pull for the #1 contender. If u don’t win an open class u have to put up $100.

I dont think people realize its alot better for an armwrestler to do these partial, constant tension pull ups because unless you're a kings move guy. Youre never full extension lat dragging anyone
No disrespect what you are doing takes some masive work. Honestly if you do full range, youd probably be getting at least 15 which many dont realize takes some time to buildbup to. 👍
these are not real pull ups and I am sorry to tell you but just know that everyone has gone through this and it is very respected to do 5 real ones ( all the way down ) instead of 40 fake ones which are a lot easier
