RU-vid algorithm boosting comment 💪 ... ok, so it's still on. it's a constant battle to deal with pains and ongoing injuries etc. seems like all of us r never 100% lol Freddy, seems like it would be perfect for me to have a super match with u right now! my best chance 😁 hopefully u get full fast healing and get that date locked in sooner than later, u will need to be the best u can be to beat Tom IMO!

I had the same injury. The only thing that helped me was not pulling for 1 month. Also no side Pressure Training. Literally 0 pulling. When it happened I did light pulling for 3 weeks and it would not get better at all.

100% ducked the match.. All that smiling and making excuses doesn't change that. You don't see pro fighters fighting before a big fight and getting "hurt" This is why no one arm wrestles each other or it's super difficult to make matches happen.. Between the injuries and the matches between the big matches that causes injuries, is why things don't happen.. I've noticed.. Arm wrestlers are more scared of losing than they are motivated to win.. I seen this with Jerry Cadorette.. Thats why there needs to be an athletic commission and promotion to add some structure because right now arm wrestling is a sideshow and not a sport. But theres no money in arm wrestling, so no real athletic commission or promoters get involved.. And theres mo money in arm wrestling because everyone is scared to lose and won't arm wrestle each other... It's a damn paradox... Arm wrestling is just spinning it's wheels and going no where Thats why I like Chance Shaw.. The manarm wrestles anyone anytime win or lose. At least we get to see the guy do something besides talk..
